First two times I used this company they were great, no complaints. However, when I called to get them to correct a mistake, they really disappointed me. They tried telling me it was my car that was the problem & left me waiting for a quote for over 12 hours. Finally got my key fixed with another company that confirmed it was an issue with the original key LA Locksmith made for me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
