AMAZING is the only word I have for this local company!!! I'm a local small business owner and had trouble unlocking my door this morning. I tried spraying stuff in the lock but it just wouldn't unlock and felt jammed. I called Kittles and they were literally out here within 15 minutes of my call. Talk about great fast service! My ford truck has a MyKey...it can set governors speed and set volume limits. I bought the truck used. I called a Ford dealer-$160 for key, $150 to reset system. Kittles had a radio ad I heard that said they can program keys and reset Systems! Just what I needed! I went in, told him what I needed and he made the key, AND reset system in less than 10 minutes. $80. THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL honest and fair. Need a key, call them first!!

EDIT: I had Kittles out again in fall 2021 for rekeying several locks and the technician was friendly and gave me some additional tips on how to better secure our new home beyond just the rekeying. The office staff was courteous about rescheduling the visit when I had a conflict come up. Thanks Kittles ???????? PREVIOUS: Well, they are 1 for 2. Last year, I needed a locksmith and if I recall correctly, they never called me back or showed up. But this time (July 2021) they did show up as scheduled and completed the work very quickly. The technician explained the problem and his solution and answered my questions on how to prevent future problems. And I was able to pay with a card! (unlike another company whose tech kept us waiting for hours and THEN told us he needed cash) So, overall I would call them again if I needed service.

Shana was the person I was talking to she told me she had no technicians available when I called for that day and she had a horrible attitude. My fiancé called in five minutes later and she sent somebody out for him no problem. I called in this morning to ask her why that happened and she said what you’re complaining because I helped him? No Shana I’m not complaining because you helped him I’m complaining because you were rude and didn’t want to help me. Bad customer service in my opinion.

Josh was very pleasant. That's where it ended. I was told on the phone my van needed a transponder, the trip charge was $40, and what my total bill for the trip and a key with a transponder. While the total was what I was told on the phone, there is no transponder, and the trip charge was $60 (to make up the difference in cost of the key?) I went in to learn why. After staff talked to one owner, I was told to go to the other location and talk to the scheduler. The scheduler said she doesn't deal with that and got the owner who said to talk to her. I was offered $20 or for them to take the key back and give me a refund, leaving me with no way to get my van out of their lot. One service man came up and said if I didn't take the offer I would have to deal with him.

Unfortunately my husband lost his entire set of keys. I went to Kittles In South Daytona and was met by the most rude and unprofessional employee I have ever seen. I simply stated that my husband had lost his keys and needed replacement. He immediately started yelling at me well, do you have the car? I replied I have one of them and he can come back and do his when he returns to the state. This guy was so rude and degrading that I asked him if I had done something to offend him. His response was No but then continued to yell at me. My friend and I just walked out. I will never return there...completely uncalled for.

These guys were my saving grace when another local locksmith company I had previously hired to repair commercial office locks, left me in a worse situation than when I started, and wouldn't return any of my phone calls. I found out when I had kiddos locksmith do a bedroom door and a joining bathroom door with a lock that I could use the key with on both of them as I share apartment with other people and I wanted it locked when I went away it cost me $210 to have two locks replaced then I just called him back and asked him if they could switch the knobs for the bathroom are joining my bedroom to the front door lock of the bathroom and they wanted to charge me again $210 which I don't think is right I think that's crazy it shouldn't have been that much of a charge and with me being a repeat customer I could see them being fair about it
