After our full set of RV keys were stolen, we needed another full set from our spares. We tried a couple of different places including a locksmith that says he won't cut keys. What!? Anyway, we phoned the store and were told to come right on in. Even the keys we thought would have to be ordered from the manufacturer were able to be replaced. He wasn't sure about two of them working because they were a bit different, but we were told to bring the locks if possible and he would work on it for us if they didn't work. Straight to the RV and everything worked except those two. We brought those locks in and he worked with the originals and the locks to find a solution. Within a few minutes they were spinning freely. We sincerely appreciate the extra effort that was taken to ensure we were satisfied. We forgot to ask the gentleman's name but we would highly recommend people to go here. Especially for specialty key/lock needs.

Went in to get a few keys cut. I could not get them at Home Depot or Canadian Tire as the blanks were oddballs that they did not have in stock. The keys were cut and the whole transaction done within a few minutes here. The keys fit perfectly! These guys are pros. Yes the individuals behind the counter were not the most social, but genius is often misunderstand! ????

I've saved a lot of money on car repair by coming here for car key problems instead of going to the dealership. E.g. Hyundai wanted over $400 to fix my car because the key wouldn't turn in the ignition. So I learned how to take the lock cylinder out, brought it to Keyhole, and they were able to just clean it out, replace some springs & pins, and it all works fine again after reinstalling. So I paid about $60 instead of $400.

They should change the name to INaccurate Lock & Safe Co. Ltd. One star is generous for this place. The first time I went there I needed 5 house keys cut and bought a small tube of lock de-icer as well. It was $21.00 for those few items which seemed quite steep. Two days later I got around to using the new extra key and it didn't fit. Thankfully we had a spare that was good so I locked the house and went back to the locksmith. He informed me that the wrong blank was used to cut the keys, recut them and then magnanimously said, "Here. No charge." As though he was giving me some sort of deal! He offered no apology. No compensation for me having to return. They will not get any repeat nor referral business from me.

I needed a part for a 25 yr old door handle. They were not sure if they could get what I needed, but would take a look. The employee found what I needed in their odd parts supply. I asked how much and he said no charge, it was a just an extra part. I have purchased products there before, and will keep going back.

Horrible, just horrible. Not trustworthy. I called the store and asked for a specific key cutting, which I was responded to come over and that they can do it now. 10 minutes later, when I arrived, I was told that there is only one guy at the store who can do that, and he is currently busy. I was asked to come back in an hour. I asked the rep specifically "Are you sure he is going to be available for me in 1 hour", to which I was responded "Certainly, he said so himself". One hour later, I came back, mind you I had to drive ~20m each way, and when I arrived the rep told me "I was hoping you won't come back", and when I asked him why, he said "The guy had to leave to Surrey to pick up a part, though he knew that you should be on your way back" - I swear to god, that was what I was told. WHAT?! Nevertheless, I asked him again when could this be done, which to that he replied - we are open tomorrow 9-12.. Thank god I thought to call them before I headed out, which I found that they are closed. HOW BAD CAN YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS?!

Mark totally saved me when I tried to change a lock and closed the door without the doorknod. When I could not open it he simply told me what to do and saved me over $200. great guy, good company, I will definitely use them in the future if needed and I will definitely recommend them to my friends thanks again Mark.

Helpful clerk, who tried hard to find me several locks I was looking for. When he discovered that one lock I wanted was not in stock, he referred me to the Port Kells Store and even called ahead to have them hold it for me! What he failed to tell me, was that the other store was called Al Scott Lock & Safe Ltd., which resulted in some confusion finding the place. Oh well....He may have been new! :)

Took my portable safe in today to have it opened. We had lost the key and the keypad failed. He got it open in less than 10 mins and charged us very reasonably. We were impressed with the service. Will Definately go there again for our lock needs.

My Aunty used this company to install a keypad lock on her apartment door. She also purchased said lock from their store, on their recommendation, at what turned out to be a huuuuge markup for this model. She has since received the WORST customer service from this company. She had to have a service call after just 4 weeks, they came and replaced the batteries. The lock worked for another 4 weeks, so she called again and they tried telling her SHE put the batteries in wrong. Well SHE never even put them in, their installer did. The company refuses to do anything about it, they just keep telling her that SHE put the batteries in wrong. You've charged a lot of money to treat someone like that. Shame on you!

If your in Langley and you want a Locksmith go to Al Scott Lock & Safe on 96th and 200th, wayyy friendlier with lots of solutions.

Came from over a hour away at the recommendation from a dealer to have a key made for a motorcycle. Called first and made sure it's ok. Got there and clerk said he couldn't be bothered to walk outside and do it as he's the only one and had tons of attitude. horrible customer service. Do not recommend these guys.

Most helpful staff when calling around for a replacement truck key and when I asked for a quote they tried cutting me a new factory key for the truck before we tried getting into the more expensive replacements. Gave me the best and worst case scenario and was the cheapest place around.

I've gone to keyhole twice now and both times they were great. If you expect 5 star service go to a nice hotel in Vancouver. If you want something key related go to keyhole. I would recommend them without hesitation.
