He was done in less than 30 minutes and even vacuumed any mess that came from him working on the door. I had called another place (who appreared to be extremely highly rated as well) who charged me a ridiculous price just to come out and told me my locks couldn't be rekeyed, I would have to replace all of them. I can at least vouch that you can't go wrong choosing Jon's Locks!

This Is by far the most professional and friendly place I've ever been to in my life. Needed to get a mailbox key copied (which you can't do at a regular old hardware store due to the nature of the key). Zach was super helpful, very nice, and the serive was quick. They also have real Swiss Army knives there, which I have had a hard time finding in the US. I nabbed two of them and I don't regret it! Highly recommend Jon's Locks.

My car key could only turn in the key fob during the warm weather.???? If I didn't keep one door unlocked when it rained OR if the temperature happened to dip below 60 degrees, I'd be locked out of my car. Yupp, I've made many calls to AAA during this time lol. I knew I needed a remote but didn't know where to turn. The manager at Firestone referred me to Jon's Locks, and I had such a wonderful experience with Zack and Jon! I called first with my questions and Zack was extremely resourceful without being annoyed by my questions haha. I went in today, and both Zack & Jon greeted me with warm personalities, which is rare to come across these days so I really appreciated it!???????? Zack programmed my car remote key within 2-3 minutes! I, now, don't have to worry about being locked out of my car in the inclement weather. Also, as a woman, I feel much safer getting in my vehicle in a timely manner. Quick, friendly service! Definitely check them out. :-)

After having a missing key fob for years, bought one online and needed a place to program. The dealership offered a high price tag of $200 for the cut and programming. No way! I looked online and found Jon's, and was not disappointed. Called and got an appointment for Saturday at 11. He was punctual and ready to go! The key was cut and programmed within 10 mins and it only cost $60. We will be coming here for all of our key needs. Normally we try to run after someone at home depot to get keys cut but no longer. My bmw was stuck at a gas pump wouldnt start because my key died it was a sunday the dealer was closed and wanted 300 for a new key and it woulda took over a week to recieve my girl met jon from work and called him asking if he could help me he came to me met me at my car on a sunday and made me a new chipped key on the spot programmed it for me and everything and only charged me 100 bucks instead of 350 got the key same day my car started rite up and I didint have any cash on me to pay him he also let me owe him the money when I was able to pay him he is such a great guy and helped me when no one else would i still havent paid him yet but i am 100 percent going to pay him and he deserves every penny plus more I gave him a hug I was so happy thanks for the help job will definitely reccomend and reuse your services if ever needed

I am in awe of this company's ability to respond to our needs. We had a non-emergent need to have 2 door locks repaired. My service call on Wednesday was handled professionally and informatively. An appointment for a house call was set for Friday at 2P. They showed up on time and within 30 minutes the 2 locks that hadn't worked for 26 years were repaired; 1 also needed rekeying. The price was more than reasonable (and less than quoted) ! I would not hesitate using this company again. I will continue spreading the word of this company's good work.
