I never thought there was any way it would be still under warranty but they called the company and got it covered for me free of charge! Originally, when I went to Koons, I had a motorcycle key created from a code (Lost main key). Koons is about a 45 minute drive from my house, but they are one of the few that would create a key for me. I got home with the new key, it didn't work. The key wasn't long enough, so I grinded the handle a bit hoping that the cut itself is right and just wouldn't go in the ignition all the way, but it still failed. I wasn't really happy considering the long drive and having to do it a second time. After having talked with them and Stan for a while, I sent over my key code and what model key I needed from the manufacturer and they made 2 free keys for me. I could only come by on the weekends because of my work, but I showed up on Saturday and they had those 2 keys sitting for me. I took them home and the bike started right away. Stan took care of my issues and would recommend Koons for any kind of locksmith services you may need. TL:DR Had Koons make me a key, it didn't work. Having called them, they created me 2 keys for free and those worked. Thanks Koons, Justen

I would leave 0 stars if I could. My parents locked their keys in their rental car, while it was running, just as they were leaving for the airport. The person I spoke to on the phone was unhelpful and plain rude. I was hung up on after being told, “Try calling around.” That kind of attitude is the last thing you want to get while trying to handle an already stressful situation.

I am grateful to Stan and the folks at Koons who were able to create a key for HD lock. Harley was unable to locate a key for my 2007 Deuce saddlebag and I was unable to find a replacement key online. Stan and several guys at Koons took on the difficult task to create a key for HD lock. Afterwards they charged us the normal rate. You can't get better service than this - THANK YOU!!

I had an issue with my vehicle locking system I went to Toyota dealership and they told me that I would need a new lock for my door. When I went to visit Koons Locksmith one of the guys there was able to uninstall it and put it right back and fix the issue within two minutes. Something that would have cost me $150 plus a service fee of $250 those guys fix it in less than two minutes and save me $400.

I got locked out of my apartment, and they arrived in 15 to 20 minutes, and got my door open within two minutes. The locksmith was kind and professional, and even gave me a lockbox to keep a spare key in. I am only giving 4 stars though due to their price($90 for my lockout). I would still highly recommend.

I called as they were closing and was told someone would call to meet me in the morning as my keys were stolen. I had already lost my job and looking for one was impossible without my car. No one called. My parents who are busy in real estate were finally able to help. They went down have all info and joins finally sent someone at around almost 4 to help. The charge was $345 .Even though AAA got door open. If I could have waited till Sat. locksmith in Lehigh charge $225.00 Whatever at least my car has a key now. Just a huge difference in price.

I called three times and asked for service, I was asked to send pictures of the lock which I did no response from the person who asked to get the pictures. I texted him again 4 days later And still no response. So I called again today to try to get a hold of the person I spoke to I was informed we’ve been super busy, I must’ve forgotten about it. I made several attempts to give business to Koons very disappointed with the service. I asked for a deal since I was the person making all of the effort but no deal. The person I spoke with said he was related to the owner I’m sure the owner would not be very happy if he found out that I was just put on the back burner.

A joke. They spent an hour making a new key for my car that doesn't even work on the door. They gave me some lame excuse about the previous key being "worn down so it fits better". When I listened in to them talking about it it sounded more like "we don't know how to cut right on this new machine" They still charged me over 100 for a key that doesn't work. Would not recommend unless you want time and money wasted.

This place is a rip off. They made a key for me and two months later it stopped working. I went back to get them to rekey it and get it to work and the man was rude and said well I don't know what you want me to do with it. I just wanted him to make it work. I paid a high price for the key the first time he made it. I just walked out and will never be back nor would I recommend this place if you can find anywhere else to go do it.

WoW. Literally walked in the door and the man at the counter basically screamed at me for not knowing their protocol. I was very taken back and actually stood there in disbelief. Then he furthered the insulting behavior by saying I have a lot of work to do. I’m literally still in disbelief and shock I would definitely recommend using another service... probably any other service. From the response I got below, I would suggest you REVIEW of any cameras in the building if you have them... the you will actually who was SMILING when they walked in the door... I was simply coming in to get a copy of a key, and basically was attacked by a man viciously saying”He had a lot of work to do, implying I was a nuisance”. Best of luck in 40+ more years, but unless something changes I seriously doubt it.
