Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful staff! I had a gate lock that *had* to be installed, and another locksmith fell through. They couldn’t come out and install it that day, they could prep the lock for installation in their shop, no charge. Which they did. I’d never installed a simplex (push-button) gate lock before, but with their help and preparation, my self-installation was a snap! My thanks to Sean who found a hard-to-find latch change, and especially Aaron and Zach (between those two, help from A to Z ????) who set the lock up for me. Also, special thanks to the boss lady for her accommodating and cheerful authorization. I would always consider using this shop!

Wish this place had better service was told by three different companies this place was the place to go for a certain when I got there they told me to go back to Home Depole I was not able to get a key copies this place said they couldn't and told me to go back to one of the places that I was at first

My building engineer recommended I go here for re-keying of a lock. I was in their shop for less than 10 minutes. Everyone was professional and courteous, and the resulting product operates flawlessly (and included two keys) for a great price.

Was excited to visit your store as it was recommended by someone today. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very nice shorter gentleman with black hair. However, the second employee who was bald with some gray facial hair treated me very rudely. He interjected into our conversation asking all sorts of inappropriate questions. I ended up walking out and going to a mush nicer store. There are plenty of people that need jobs out there. If he isn't happy, he should not stay there. Will be sure to spread the new's of this rude employee.

Nobody but me making keys when I came into the shop today. Place smelled like bad B.O. and keys. Guy behind the counter was quick and had me out the door before I choked. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of their services. Just a side note. I have been using these guys for several years. I have had no issues. Their staff have always been consistently courteous and friendly.

I have called other locksmiths in the past and was over charged and received poor service. Grah was excellent to work with. We had a commercial door that was not locking properly. Andy Barber reworked the lock and keyhole, cleared out the bolt, reset the pins, and cleared out the rod & holes. He was very knowledgeable about our door and explained in detail what was wrong with the lock & bolt - all works perfectly now! The rate was very fair as well. I would highly recommend!

Graph safe and lock does not deliver what they promise. I ordered a security system from them that they quoted and put in writing. They charged my Credit Card a large deposit and gave me a written contract. After more than 2 weeks and 5 or more visits from multiple technicians who failed to do anything, the owner of this awful Company had a company meeting and decided he wanted more money from me to install the system that he quoted and contractually agreed to. When I refused, they refused to install the system that they quoted in writing and gave me a contract for. I would never trust this Company as its owner has no moral or ethical standards, there word and contract is meaningless. I will stay far away from this Company and never do business with them.

After a six week ordeal due to their poor customer service, my safe is FINALLY FIXED.. First, the technician broke the replacement part that I ordered for my safe (understandably mistakes happen). Secondly, it took them six weeks to get the same part that took ME 4 days to get from the same company. After calling Grah 6 times with no result, I called the manufacturer to find out the order was never placed. Thirdly, they charged me full price to fix what their incompetence started. If zero stars was available that's what I'd give. HORRIBLY RAN COMPANY! Buyer beware!! Review update from a one star: After receiving a call from Management inquiring as to what exactly happened I explained and they apologized and gave me a substantial discount for their error. Maybe there's hope for this company after all.

I recently had a bike stolen and sought assistance with selecting a high quality lock to help prevent another such incident, which is rather invasive and unpleasant, to say the least ~ an utter sense of violation, especially since I am a senior who relies on my bike to get around. I spoke with Zach on the phone and he was friendly and helpful and suggested I come over to the shop to look over what he had available. I did so the next day and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Zach helped me select an ABUS chain lock with heavy hardened steel chain links, which I will fit with a high-quality, sturdy, secure Schlage lock which I had in my possession. Zach examined the Schlage lock and said it was a very high quality lock and did not try to have me purchase a lock from the store instead. He also noted some minor rust in the lock and sprayed the lock to clean it up and make it operate more smoothly and efficiently. The chain link is covered / protected with a thick nylon protective sheath. I am thrilled with the lock and the outcome of my search. Zach made the experience quick, efficient, inexpensive, and pleasant. I could be moe pleased with the outcome and can be assured that I will feel my replacement bike will be safe from another theft. Peace of mind is priceless in security, huh?! Zach has manners, warmth, kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism in his DNZ, honestly. The most professional company I’ve worked with in a long time. My fire safe wouldn’t open and they dispatched Nathan within the day who clearly had a wealth of knowledge and quickly assessed the problem. The part came within a few days and they were immediately there to install it. He had to drill the safe to undo the mechanism which I thought would ruin the safe but no! Not even a scratch and it is back to perfect order. A real locksmith is a true craftsman and I was so impressed with him as well the the communicative office staff.

When it comes to knowledge and service this is the place to go. We have used them for Medeco keys, bank vaults, you name it and they can do it. They have a store front and trucks to go to you. They aren't cheap, but they are the best.

These guys were awesome. Had a staff member quit and not return her keys. Last thing I wanted going into Thanksgiving weekend was an unprotected office. They came two hours earlier than quoted. The work was done quickly, neatly and no where near as expensive as I expected. Andy was so pleasant and explained everything to me that he was doing. They also came very highly recommended from another locksmith who doesn't work on doors . Will definitely use them for any future locksmithing needs.

Called for service and got most of the work done. fast paced work and reliable work. Technician took down some info (part not in van) and was supposed to send over a quote to wrap up. Called a few times for quote, after 2 months they are sending a new tech to look again.
