Service was really fast, had to get a second key reprogrammed for my car to erase Ford MyKey data, staff was knowledgeable and had it done in under 30 minutes at a pretty affordable price compared to what the dealer was going to charge me. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future!

Phoned Doug's Key Mart and spoke to Charlene (?), was quoted around $225 for an auto door fob and the lady said that they could not accommodate me because the computer they use for this purpose was out on a call - The women did not want to help me, as she could have suggested that they could have made a house call to my location. Phoned Around the Clock Locksmith and Ryan was really helpful and charged me $78 for the fob - Tax included!

We brought white gold dog tags in to be engraved. There was a clear layout I had written out on a piece of paper, plus my wife explained it was meant to be horizontal. The only way to fix it now is to thin the metal. My fault for not just going to a jeweler.

I was surprised by how quickly they were able to make it out. While I know this must not always be the case, I phoned in to get my locks rekeyed, and the locksmith was there in under half an hour. The locksmith (Reid) was fast, professional, and amiable. Would happily call them again for any further locksmith needs.

Exceptional customer service from all the staff. Very knowledge and helpful when explaining the difference in deadbolts and key patterns and providing tips for installing them. Quickly had them rekeyed to the same key and provided extra keys. Stefan was amazing! Had trouble installing the second deadbolt and he came within 15 minutes to help. Thank you for assistance.
