Accidentally locked my keys in my car , gave them a call the lady on the phone was super polite and told me the wait time was about 20 minutes. KJ showed up in about 15 minutes and got my sebring unlocked for $75 which is way cheaper than other locksmiths I've used in the past. Definitely will be calling these guys again!

They did a service back in April charging 160dlls but they lower to 80dlls, they did the job, now I been trying to get the receipt and this lady who told me her name was Mary (with accent) was so rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.

Rating 1 disappointing josh didn't have key so I paid half and he never followed up didn't respond to texts. Called office and asked him to respond with no response. I guess this is today's business culture never pay anything if job not complete

I strongly recommend you shop around, which will lead you to finding better service. I used them because I was in a bind ( travelled internationally and my keys got left behind). I really wished I had called around. I would not use them again firstly: because the price changed between 8:48 inquiry of their fee and 9:17 delivery of service by $30. Secondly , customer service was one of the poorest I have had the misfortune to experience. Use them at your own peril and what I know is that I’ll be recommending that no one repeats my mistake.

My bedroom door was unlocked by a very efficient person at a fair price! He even changed 2 door knob locks for me which he included in the quoted price. 6 stars for this company!
