I live in apartment building and lost my keys during the last snow storm. So I called Cityside locksmith with the intent of just having him replace my mailbox key. He picked up the phone immediately and scheduled me in without trouble. When he came to replace the lock on my mailbox, I was so impressed with how quick and professional his service was that I asked him if he'd be able to copy my other keys while he was there. Why wait to take them elsewhere, right? Cityside locksmith was able to replace my mailbox key, the key to my apartment building and the key to my apartment in one shot. He came well-equipped and had everything he needed with him or in his car which made his service so fast! I got everything I wanted for a really affordable price and you really can't beat the convenience!

I wanted to modernize the front door to my house, but the presence of an old style antique lock would have made doing so myself very difficult. I called Brian from Cityside Locksmith to see how much he would quote me on changing from an antique to a keypad lock, and the price was reasonable. Brian showed up on time, did the job in an hour, and I found that the keypad lock was super duper convenient. Brian was very friendly and had no trouble doing the work. I highly recommend Cityside Locksmith. Brian did such an amazing job that I would call him again if I needed anything else!

I gave Cityside Locksmith a call for an investment property in Malden. A tenant let me know their back door was no longer latching correctly. Cityside came out promptly, fixed the issue, and actually found and fixed a different issue while at the same call after both speaking to the tenant and contacting me. Brian not only arrived exactly when he said he would, worked very quickly to re-key 6 locks, was incredibly professional and kind, but get this… when he was done with his work, he carried in a curious self-powered ‘sucking’ device that he pulled across the floor, which magically cleared away tiny bits of debris that had fallen during his work on one of my doors. In 30 years in Somerville, I have never seen a contractor use such a device after a job. AMAZING! Thank you, Brian.

I had a great experience with Brian - I scheduled work with him for late in the afternoon, and when he was running late by a half hour, he gave me a call. Swooped in, made some great suggestions, had everything he needed already in his truck, and knocked out a the work quickly, professionally, and efficiently, with no problems, and for a very reasonable rate for the scope of the job. I called to get an estimate of the coast for remonte ctrol for my car. They said or sould I say he said :"I can't do it, sorry." The guy did not explain or give options of what they can do and what they cannot. I get short answer! I give them one star for being straightforwad, translate to we or he do not want my busines. I do not need their services either.

These guys came out to help me the other day when I lost the key to my 07 Ford F150. All in all I'm satisfied with the price and fast response from cityside locksmith. They were upfront over the phone regarding the price and how long it would take to get the guy to my house in woburn. I will save their number and plan to use them again if I do need a locksmith.

We needed locks re-keyed on several doors and scheduled an appointment for relatively late in the afternoon for Brian to come out and take care of things for us. We wound up being available earlier than expected so we called Brian again and asked if he would be able to fit us in earlier in the afternoon, and he was able to squeeze us in a few hours before our original appointment. Brian was great, punctual (he beat me to my own house!), friendly, and worked very quickly! Extra points for bringing the lock cylinders back inside on a towel to help keep our floors clean!
