In town last week and I never lock the doors on my work truck. I came out of the eye doctor and realized the worst...my keys were lying in the floor of the truck locked inside. To make matters worse it was 5 pm on a Friday! I Googled a locksmith and spoke with Jonathon. He was there in less than 20 minutes and had me back on the road in less than 5 minutes! This truly is the best locksmith company I've ever used and one of the most caring businesses in town. I had to call them a few years ago for a safe with dead batteries and a missing master key. They had great customer service, were honest, and had the best price! Today, I even had an electronic Honda key made so they don't only do home, business, and safe services but they can also make pretty much any key needed for a good price! They carry several types of keys in stock, plain and with designs, plus several useful things so there is a lot of variety so you can get a great deal and still shop local.

I used this service to change the hardware on two exterior doors of my home. They had been sticking for quite some time and the door leading to the garage was so worn out that I never knew if it would unlock after locking it. Matthew did an excellent job of helping us choose the right hardware for the replacement. On the surface it seemed like it would be a simple job but the original hardware had been installed by someone who wasn't really familiar with the process and it showed. Matthew had to do a little bit of adjusting to get everything to line up correctly and make it secure. I was certainly impressed with his problem solving skills given the situation.

My lock failed on my front door, the heat was excruciating, as I stood there for an hour hoping I would somehow get it open. Finally, I was just exhausted and frustrated. So, I called Capital City Locksmith and explained my situation. Their first question was, "do you have somewhere you can go to get out of this heat". And I answered no, so they made a plan to get me out of the heat, until they could get over to my place and replace the lock. I accidentally locked my keys and purse in my car on a very hot and busy day. Capital City Locksmith was close by and I contacted them for help. The owner answered his mobile phone but he was on a call and all the other trucks were out, too (Friday is their busiest day!) I was in a fix and even was short on cash, but he was so kind to contact his wife to run over and open my car right away and even gave me a discount (I was just down the street!).
