Absolutely disgusted with this locksmith company. We called while we were locked out of our apartment while standing with our landlord - it’s -30 outside. The locksmith called us back and refused to come as we do not have an account with them. I do not recommend this company to anyone - if you’re in need call Essex county locksmiths

Jeff is the best locksmith in town! No one beats him. The first time he came was when we first moved into our first home. Even though it was just installing locks on the door he made the whole process of moving in just feel so much easier and more exciting. He is very punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took extra time to go out of his way to provide us better than we asked for (we have an apartment downstairs so needed various locks for multiple doors) for an excellent price! (The only thing that was cheaper than we expected lol) When we needed another lock fixed we specifically requested Jeff! He was an absolute pleasure to see again, fixed us up real quick! And again service and value second to none!

Worst service ever. I have to use this company due to locks already warrantied under company. Given false information as to what was included in warranty and not provided information. I then went to use the warranty and was denied the service. They have no records of any of their services and over charge for their slow service. Scammers!

Amazing service! After calling for an urgent issue, Jeff was on site in no time, enthusiastic to get to work. After making the repair, and ensuring I was happy with what he had done, Jeff was happy to take care of any other issues he was able to throughout the building. Jeff had identified a handful of small issues/concerns on another door, but would require additional parts. He was back THE NEXT DAY, parts in hand, and serviced this door from top to bottom. I practically have brand new doors now, working so much better than before. Jeff also took the time to educate me on a few things to look for in the future. He was not going to leave until I was 100% satisfied, and I certainly am. I highly recommend Better Locksmith, and very much look forward to continuing to work with these guys. Thank you Jeff!!

Better Locksmith’s are amazing ... Jeff was working on a job in my apartment building and I had some keys made for my family at the locksmiths. Had done a bunch of work for us at multiple units, never does it right. keys wont open not one unit. when tried to contact them regarding the issue the charge us for visit to fix their problem. the numbering of rooms on the keys are always wrong and none works for any of the units that they done work. low quality services. would avoid them for future projects. i had nothing but more problems.

I got locked out of my house around 10 pm so I called to get let back in, however a receptionist took my info and said someone would contact me, about 45 minutes went by and I never got a call back, so I called again he said someone would call etc. An hour goes by, no one calls. I found another service and the man said he would be here in 10 minutes so I called to cancel and the receptionist practically hung up on me and made no effort to retain my business. I was very disappointed in the service.
