I went into Bell Locksmith, Ross helped us open a Small I had. I had misplaced the key (ended up being inside the safe) and the batteries on the inside had popped out (thus the keypad didn’t work). He opened it extremely fast and was very understanding when I wanted to stay at the establishment while the job was done. Because it wasn’t a hard job, he didn’t even charge me for anything. Honestly people like him are exactly what businesses need! I would recommend them to anyone, and immediately went back in and got some keys cut to support them. Very impressed

I got a replacement key for my 2010 cobalt with the anti theft chip. It failed after two years. They said to bad warranty is one year. Went to Canadian Tire in Burnaby on marine drive and got a new replacement key for one third of the price that will never fail. Poor product and very poor service. Please use care when dealing with this business.

This week my front door wouldn't lock so I called Bell and even though they said they were very busy with some emergency calls they still made time to come and fix my door. Gary the Locksmith also told me the handle needed to be replaced so but he didn't have one on him, he then reassembled my broken handle as best he could for it being so broken. He came and delivered it to me the next day and explained in great detail how to install it as he was in between calls. I am very happy with the amazing service and just wanted to share it with everyone. Thanks so much of the amazing service all of you at Bell Locksmith.

These guys are by far the BEST!! Had them out today to fix my jammed door handle. Also, had them change my locks when we moved into our townhouse 2 years ago. They have always provided prompt, courteous and very well priced service. From the people who answer the phones to the techs that show up, they are A+. In fact today I asked if he would mind cutting me an extra key while he was here. Not only did he do it no problem, he didn't even charge me for it! The tech (I believe his name was Nick) was also super sweet to my little girl. Kuddos to him and everyone at Bell!!

I don’t usually write reviews but Gary went above and beyond this morning. A disc lock we had on our motorcycle had somehow become stuck. After trying multiple methods to remove it Gary ended up having to cut it off. Time was of the essence as movers were on their way and we needed to move the bike. I called for help regarding installation of dead bolt/ pass thru locks that I purchased from Rona They dust patched Gary, who was here 20 minutes later, Looked at what I purchased and recommended different locks I asked him if they could supply and install, he said he would have to run back to shop, to get correct parts, returned 10 minutes later, put in locks, I was charged LESS than I paid for locks at Rona.. I have had a problem with the deadbolt on door x 3 times. One of my adult kids fixed twice on the third time I said enough. Called Bell and they surprised me by being available, giving me reasonable options, reasonable call out price and helped me figure out where to put the batteries in the electronic locking door. Very professional and did not oversell anything. Highly recommended. Addendum Dec 30 2021 - locked keys in truck. I phone towing companies but they were unavailable. I phoned Bell thinking that this probably was not something they did, but indeed they did. They were out in less than 1/2 hr., fixed it in about 5 minutes and the technician was happy he got to use the new lock picks he got for Christmas.....saved me from a disaster of a situation as I was heading to my booster appointment when I managed to do this. Thanks again Bell.

I had initially called a different locksmith, but the tech was over half an hour late, so I called Bell for help opening a padlock I'd lost the key to that was too heavy duty to cut. They rerouted a guy that was near me and he had the lock open before the adjusted arrival time of the original business I called. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both the woman I spoke to on the phone and the tech that came out to open the lock. The price was higher than the original company quoted me, but these guys actually showed up, so it was well worth it.

I have used Bell Locksmith twice in the last month. The first was to open a vintage German lockbox that had valuable papers inside it.The cost was very reasonable to pick the lock and make new keys. Today I had them at my home to re-key locks. They were on time, friendly,, professional and Ithe cost was reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Was done in time expected and now works for the first time in awhile (was an overdue repair).
