I was referred here after several other locksmiths were unable to replace a missing key to my vehicle. Jeff was able to be here within one hour and had a new key made for my vehicle, and copied another key for another vehicle, in 20 minutes. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. His prices were fair and clear upfront for the workers done. Ability Lock And Key will be my go to locksmiths from here on out. I would recommend Jeff and ability Lock And Key to anybody I know.

My car was stolen and the original key was taken with it. I needed a new key made with the appropriate transponder chip. I had a different locksmith come out, that nearly charged 200, to make a key that wouldn't start car. I absolutely wish ability would have been my first call. I was ripped off before. Ability came to my vehicle within 2 hours of calling. He promptly made key and started vehicle. He also charged a very great rate for this, since I was scammed previously. Make ability lock and key your FIRST call for any key service! Thank you guys so much for getting my vehicle back on the road after sitting nearly 2 weeks!!

My experience with Ability Lock and Key was absolutely phenomenal. From my first phone inquiry about their services to the completion of re-keying my vehicle ignition/door key. On the way out of the house headed to work, I locked myself out of the house without my keys or wallet. The super nice lock smith got to my house in 10 minutes and got me in my house in less than 5. Not only did he make a key for a difficult to match Subaru, but his price was fair, and reasonable. My husband, my six year old and myself were on our way back from Camp Lejeune NC to MI, when my husband locked our keys in the car.
