I recently purchased an antique candy vending machine that did not come with a key to access the candy ‘tank’ for refilling. I took it to Abby Locksmiths to see if they could print a key for me. I was told that because of the age of it (probably manufactured in the 1940s) that it may be impossible because of the mechanics of it. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was quoted a price and I left the machine with them. Within a couple of days I received a phone call and was told that the fix was so much easier than expected and the price would be minimal. I just went in today to pick it up and the bill for their time and work was next to nothing! What an honest and gracious company. (They could have charged me the original quote and I’d be none the wiser.) Doesn’t it just do our heart good to have an experience like this. I will never go anywhere else when I need locksmith- related services and I recommend this business 100%.

I've lived in Abbotsford 23 years and have used Abby Locks consistently. When I became president of my Strata Council, using Abby Locks became a business venture. We purchased a fob entry system from them and were impressed with the service at install and continuing service three years hence. Abby has helped us with locks (of course), doors, our uninterrupted Power source and I have always found their service people to be knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. When they don't know something they find out and the issue is resolved. We have had to use their emergency service a few times and all the above remained true. Couldn't recommend a company higher. You won't be disappointed choosing Abby Locksmith for the myriad of services they provide.

Amazing Customer Service! Back Story - We had our lock fixed by Abby Locksmith over 2 1/2 years ago. Abby Locks did the repair with a lock unit which was bought by us from another store (so they do not need to cover the unit if it breaks). This morning the lock handle broke off and Dan at Abby Locksmith walked me through how to fix it over the phone. Dan could have easily sent a locksmith out here, but instead assisted me over the phone, at NO additional charge! Now that is what I call excellent Customer Service. THANK YOU!

I am a single mom, and I have had to lock my kids electronics up in my 3 drawer file cabinet. I then lost the key and called and let the guy know I lost the key and the code isn't as clear, he said take a picture and bring the picture in and we can code it. I brought the pictures in and then was told oh there are 230 codes for that, sorry we cannot help you. I asked if I could bring the file cabinet in and they said yeah but we only do that as a courtesy and basically shrugged his shoulder. I walked out thinking what the hell has happened in the world, my only choices are break the lock, or hope the key appears...thanks for nothing!!!!

Over the last while my safe has been acting strangely. This does not leave me feeling safe. I called Abby Locksmith and received a response immediately. It was challenging since the safe is heavy and could not be taken in to the shop. The staff kindly came to inspect the culprit and had it fixed - better than new - so that I could leave on a trip feeling secure again. These folks are really great people and they give excellent service. I heartily recommend them!
