Unfortunately I lost the keys to my Honda keys over the weekend somehow. I called them the price was straight forward and fair. They show up to my house with in an hour of me calling, the service guy check the key to make sure it worked and I was on my way to work.I would recommend them to a friend or family member

Had to call them for a simple lockout on a standard door knob lock. Fast response, good service but felt they were a lil pricey at $108. Might choose someone else if situation occurs again.

I can't speak to their locksmith skills but on 9/26/19 at exactly 5:30pm coming off the 400 and turning left onto Union Rd I watched one of your vans purposely jam on his gas and race to hit/scare/whatever the cars that were making their left from Union onto the 400 when their light finally turned yellow and opposing traffic stopped. I was absolutely horrified. There is no justification for this whatsoever. No one is in that much of a hurry that they need to run anyone off the road. I'm sure he's paid by the hour so the extra 3 seconds it took wouldn't have hurt him at all. Bad enough seeing people in private cars be reckless but doing it with your company name plastered all over the vehicle is a bad look for the company. Disgraceful! I don't care what kind of locksmith company you are, you'll never see my business if these are the type of people you employ. I would never trust someone like that in or around my home.

I called inquiring about selling a safe to them, and I was told that they could only offer $20 Because I didn't have the combination. Which is reasonable. Before arriving I felt lucky because I found the combination. But when I carried the safe in (by myself, no employee offered to help), and I told them I found the combination, they said they could only offer me ... $20 "because that's what we agreed on". Not even acknowledging their earlier statement that not having the combination was the reason for that valuation. In summation, if you have a choice to go to Any other locksmith, do so. Dishonorable and untrustworthy.
