I've been dealing with Pro-Tect for quite some time now. They always have a solution for me whether its Electronic security, enclosure locks or when I've locked my keys in my truck. I'm always sending them new customers especially people who need Video camera systems. Great guys, Very Knowledgeable, Best in their class.

Couldn't have been better, and I think the price was quite reasonable. Sure it would be great if the price was lower, lol, but it was very fair and reasonable by industry standards, and keeping in mind the outrageous level of regulations, fees and licenses and whatnot that business are now subject to. He didn't just do the required work, there's a business truck, fuel, insurance to pay for, liability/business insurance, a physical store, staff, workers' comp ... it all adds up to, usually, a fairly slim profit margin. He was here the next day for my non-emergency call to install a new door lock that I bought. I also asked him to look at all the bedroom doors, which is something not REALLY within their purview. But he took a look. It's been difficult for me to find a carpenter or someone to do this work. It is an old house. One of the bedroom doors was coming right off the hinges, most of the old door knobs didn't even work any more, doors couldn't be properly closed and in some cases when they were you couldn't get it back open again. One (fortunately unoccupied room) was shut for 2 months after someone pulled the door tightly closed and we couldn't get it open again. He fixed ALL THAT for me. I couldn't have been happier. Should I need such services again I'll definitely be calling Pro-Tect Lock & Safe.

Called at 3 to have lock installed and owner grumbled "You're leaving this late aren't you?" Uh.... you close at 5 right? WTF. Completely unnecessary attitude.

Professional, excellent quality and fast & friendly service. Had broken my UTV key and brought the two pieces to Shawn (Sean?). It was not a clean break, but after doing some research he was able to successfully cut new keys. Would highly recommend this company and their staff!

Went in to get a replacement key and they cut TWO from the broken key and charged almost $12! A complete new lock set at Home Depot costs $7.44 and comes with two keys!! My first and last visit.
