Now it works beautifully...a truly wonderful back-up when the remote does not work, which has been too often lately. Can't recommend this company more highly. I needed a fob badly for my Pontiac G6 I called the Dealer and I could not believe that they wanted 400 for the fob and a 125 to program it not including tax and a week befor they could get 1 my macanic told me about Pop A Lock and wow for a brand new fob programmed and a fob that was just like the 1 from the Dealer pop a lock had me in and out in 15 minuets with a brand new fully programed fob at a quarter of the cost that the Dealer wanted excellent service receptionist and lock smith we're extremely helpful did exactly what she told me they would for the same quoted price I will hilly recamend Pop A Lock to any 1 good job guys.

The first time I dealt with these guys I locked the keys in my car. Pop-a-Lock came by right after I called them. They were really quick and had me on my way in no time. So Great! quick, Professional, I was in a bad spot, practically stranded in Mt Uniake after driving 51 hours from Alberta. Kyle came right to me and cut me a new key, as well as fixed my ignition. Amazing service. Laurie came within the hour I called after being unable to find my car keys. I felt extremely stupid, as within the middle of his service someone who had found my keys was able to contact me. I explained the situation to him (and felt really bad) and he was very nice about it and professional and even DROVE ME to pick up my lost keys, and cut me some spares. THANK YOU LAURIE if loosing keys is something I did regularly I would choose you every time!

These guys are amazing! Saved me over a hundred dollars. I needed a remote lock/unlock for my car, not only did kyle do it for me. He did it way before my appointment and only took about 5 minutes. Dismal Service Worse than dismal. I've tried to use them twice now and should have learned the first time. Attempts to communicate are met with excuse after excuse why no one has called back yet. Charge changes with who you speak to. Confrontational, condescending, unhelpful. Finally got a response but only AFTER I reported them to CAA.

I had to have a new Key Fob programmed for my car and I called Pop A Lock. Kyle & Blair were fantastic and very professional. The Key Fob I had purchased online was in fact not the correct remote for my car but between Kyle & Blair they got it programmed for me and it works! My old Key Fob needed repairing and they did that as well so now I have a spare one if needed. I can't say enough about these guys at Pop A lock. They came through for me when I needed it. He was very kind and understanding despite the difficult lock he had to deal with. Pop-A-Lock was referred to me by a friend and I was very impressed with the professionalism, speed and price of the reprogramming service. They even let me supply my own fob that I found on Amazon.

I see lots of reviews of people having great service even in the late hours of the evening, and according to google pop a lock is open 24 hours, but apparently traffic is too bad so they can’t come program a key for my car today when I was speaking with them just after 4pm. Going to give it another shot and make an appointment for the next available day but I’m confused about the 24 hour thing.

Wow - Laurie was here within 45 minutes of my calling. I had a bit of an emergency and needed to head out of town and he was completely accommodating. The service was fast and efficient - he had everything he needed to help me (change two sets of locks - handles and deadbolts) in the truck. I was referred to Pop-A-lock by a few people on facebook when I asked on a group about replacing a keyfob and what company I should use. I have travelled across Canada 3 times, originally from Alberta and with all the driving I do, I have used a few towings/locksmith companies but this is by far the best one ! Kyle was absoutley amazing and knowledgeable. Unlike the Dodge dealership that wanted to rip me off with me buying a new keyfob + reprogramming it, kyle was honest and the whole time the issue was due to the battery being dead and he still went and gived me an amazing deal on the emergency key for the fob and did not rip me off. He was polite and came within the hour I called. I highly recommend. Thanks guys !!

Gave these guys a call monday set up an appointment for Wednesday waited till Wednesday then two hours before the appointment 12:00 pm i was called to be told No one will be coming because they dont have the program even though i gave all of my information they waited to tell me when im with out a car. Now im waiting till next week without a car because i have to wait for a key to be mailed from another business. Oh and the quote was $690 from these guys called a small one man business im quoted 300 in total half of what these guys were pitching me. Dont be desperate shop around even if its urgent no need to pay double.

Their mobile tech was able to program two aftermarket keys to my car the first try, where two other competitors locksmiths have failed at two separate attempts. He also did it promptly and with great customer service skills even though they were non stop busy. Highly recommended.
