My first experience with Bernard’s was fantastic, they were very helpful and changed all of the locks on my new house + downstairs rental apartment. The locksmith who came told me if ever I have another lock I’d like to have changed, give them a call and they can charge me strictly for the lock (without the service charge). I called a couple months later and the man on the phone (I think he said his name was Derek) was rude before I even mentioned that the locksmith offered to drop the service charge. When I did bring it up, he was completely insulted I would suggest such a thing. I was only relaying information given to me by one of YOUR locksmiths…. Never again!

My Husband and I came back from grocery shopping the other night as we were going back for our last load of groceries, somehow our 2 year old closed the door on us and somehow locked it, with our keys were inside!!!! So I called my parents in a panic and asked them if they can come over with our key to unlock the door but they said they were out of town. I asked them who do you recommend in helping us as we never had to call a locksmith before. With no hesitation they said call Bernard's. So while I was on the phone with Mom, Dad called Bernard's. The service technician were here within 20 minutes, and was very reassuring that he would be able to get us in! Very friendly and professional and very reasonable charge! Thank you Bernard's! Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the gentleman that came to my home. He was very professional, efficient and helpful. He took his time to explain my options and made the decision making easy. They previously told me about 50% discount on Wednesdays. I made sure to call today to confirm that it is indeed today they have the discount and they confirmed. I arrived there gave my keys to do doubles. They did make the double and charged me full price. When I inquired about the discount they said its only for regular house keys. My keys were REGULAR keys but they chose to make the doubles on "Special" and "Better working" keys instead of regular ones just to charge me full price for it even tho I never asked for it. It was all for about 12$. I have literally spent hundreds dollars there in the past. I hope that 12 bucks is worth losing my business and leaving this review. Very unprofessional.

My Husband and I were coming back from a vacation out of Country. We got home at 3:30 in the morning as we had a late flight and to our dismay we misplaced our house key.
