I welcome our robot overlords. My experience with this kiosk was excellent. Very easy to use, it even gave me an offer for a free key. I made 2 different keys and my entire encounter was no more than 8 minutes. 10/10 would recommend this robot to cut your keys.

It was a nice experience although I wish there are more options for the key designs because when I tried to choose the design that I like there is no option to choose it and I settled for the options that is available on the screen, I ended up with what the screen shows.

I just went there today to make few keys too the kiosks is out service. Can you fix it please. Thanks Today July 11. I go back minute key kiosk to copy key when the machine working to 6 keys I it got overheat and out of service. I need to copy 2 more keys. Please check it again...Thank you!

I needed a key done copied. A i enters the shop the man that seems to be the owner start complaining to the guy in line before me. The guy says sorry and and kept staying in line while the owner continued to yell at him. No thanks I don’t need you’re services. You are not the only key kutter in bc

I like how convenient it is to use this machine instead of waiting for a live person to get around to helping me. It also does a good job cutting house keys. The reason I didn’t give more stars is because the debit credit machine kept saying failed transaction and I kept having to swipe and tap my card about 5 to 10 times before it recognized my card. That part was a little frustrating but oh well I guess machines aren’t perfect ether

Got 3 brass keys buy 2 get one free. Very quick and all 3 keys worked. Very happy with the service. Definitely will use again. Saw a nice Toronto Maple Leaf key didn't notice until we were done. That will be my next one!!!

The machine wasn't working. I wanted to pay it with my credit or debit card and anything wasn't working. Staff from Walmart couldn't help because they don't know how it works. They just told me to call the number on the machine and of course during the weekend offices are closed. I do not recommend it! You gonna spent your time just waiting and in the end nothing.

found this automated key cutting kiosk in Walmart. Needed keys cut and usually would go to a hardware store but they're only doing curbside pick up during lockdown which means no services to cut keys. I managed to buy my groceries and get my keys cut . The keys worked like a charm. Great service.
