Lorsque je vais faire une clef chez Rona , BMR , Réno-Dépot et qu'elle ne fonctionne pas , ils me rembourse ou essai de m en faire une autre et si elle ne fonctionne pas encore et bien il me rembourser ou m en refait une autre ect...La je vais chez un supposé spécialiste des clefs , je me fais faire 2 clefs pour une machine SKYJACK et ils ne fonctionnent pas . Alors par 3 fois le gars de comptoir essai de m en faire une autre et sa fonctionne toujours pas . Lors de ma 4 ieme visite , aussitôt que j arrive , le même gars de comptoir , je garde son nom pour moi , me dit OK ont oubli çà . Alors je lui demande de me rembourser un $5,50 , et ça m a coûté 2fois cela car j ai prit 2 clefs , il me répond que lors de la 1ère fois que je suis venu il m'a dit que ce n'était pas garanti !!!! et qu il avait déjà utilisé plusieurs clefs pour que ça fonctionne !!! je lui répond ; ouais et puis??? Totalement faux , tu ne m'a jamais dit cela et vous êtes des spécialistes de clefs , alors tu ne veux pas me rembourser un $5, 50 ? Il répond NON avec un air de dur a cuire ha ha ha Imaginer $5,50 au lieu du $11,00 de départ que je lui demandait. Et pourtant au BMR du coin il charge $ 4,00 pour faire une clef !!!! Comme j avais gardez 1 clef qui ne fonctionnais pas , j ai été au petit BMR ancien Rona je lui es demandé de voir ce qu il peut faire , il l'a repasser dans la machine a coupe avec la bonne clef et rendu au travail POUF tout fonctionne très bien. Moral de l'histoire , un spécialiste n est pas automatiquement le meilleur car surement que çà machine est très mal CALIBRÉ . Bref vous venez de perdre un client et possible d autre tout ceci a cause de votre machine et de non remboursement . Pourtant les autres cie rembourse eux!!!!! Suite a votre réponse , ne cherchez pas d excuse , votre machine n est pas calibré ou votre employé n est pas compétent . Comme déjà mentionné , j ai été refaire une de vos clefs chez un autre détaillant et bizarrement lorsqu il l a passé , elle a coupé encore une petite partie de votre clefs !!!! Ca dit tout . Vous pouvez être sur que je ne retournerai pas a votre magasin , surtout , suite a votre réponse inutile . Facile d 'écrire DÉSOLÉ .....Donner raison par contre est beaucoup plus difficile HEIN!!! mais d autant plus HONNÊTE . En passant , votre employé ne m a JAMAIS dit qu il n y a pas de remboursement , je ne suis pas un menteur OK LA . Ne cherchez pas d'excuse .
