So impressed with this company! I was in a tough spot having locked myself out of my house on a Sunday night, and Nick showed up very promptly, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and his pricing was very competitive. The lock ended up being very difficult because it had been installed incorrectly (by previous owners, not Nick's fault), and Nick tried everything he could and spent a really long time picking it before we decided it needed to just be removed. I told him I was going to replace the lock myself the next day, and he said if I ran into any trouble I could call him and he would talk me through the installation to save me the fee. How nice of him! I hope I never lock myself out again but now I know who to call if I do. Highly recommend!

Yeah I had an appointment for someone to make a key for my car between 6-7pm. At 7 o'clock no one called or said. I called they said they wouldn't be there until after 830. "crap... another stranger in my house - but I HAVE to get my locks changed now because the guys who robbed us stole all of our keys!". Bryce at Alpha Locksmith helped alleviate that feeling. First off, I highly, highly recommend Alpha Locksmith. The back story is I had Bryce come to change our door handles front and garage door. We had just moved into a house 15 years old and it turns out the builder didn't put the holes in the doors in the right spots and changing our door handles was not easy because of the builders mistakes. What should have been a relatively straight forward job became much more. I was really impressed how Bryce worked through all the problems. Frankly, I'm not sure if there would be many others that could. There was a lot of work he had to do to make it right. He was persistent. I chose to call Alpha Locksmith after reading the many positive reviews and was not disappointed. We had several European manufactured doors that needed re-keying after a home invasion. The cost and time to have the locks replaced would have been substantial, leaving us vulnerable and out of pocket. Bryce was able to track down the right parts and have them re-keyed the next day for a fraction of the cost. The lock cylinders were very difficult to remove and re-install but Bryce took his time coaxing them out and into place without damaging our doors or the locks. The job required two visits, much patience, and more time than expected, but Bryce honoured his quote and got the job done with the skill of a master (he even dug into his bag of tricks to find a special tool which he had all but given up on finding a use for!) A pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their craft and provides courteous and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Alpha Locksmith and will use their services in the future without hesitation.

Alpha Locksmith came to our almost century home to install lock sets on doors. This is an old home, so this required individual installation on each door, since no two doors were alike. And it was not simply a matter of drilling a hole, tossing a lock set in and off you go! That's not how it goes with an old home. Alpha took time to do the job properly, and even did some extra touches to make sure the work not only functioned well, but looked good. Came home the other night as I usually do. Went to turn the dead bolt as usual then pushed on the latch. Went to open the door, nothing? Tried again, nothing. Okay so now I'm trying to figure out how to get in without breaking a door or window. Originally contacted another locksmith, who unfortunately was busy, but very courteous and mentioned he'd have Bryce call me within 5 minutes. Five minutes later, Bryce called. I explained the situation and he mentioned he's be there within 30 minutes, which he was. Before drilling the dead bolt, Bryce tried other options to avoid this, which I also appreciated. In the end, we had to drill the dead bolt. He installed the new one I had purchased and approximately within the hour, I was in my warm house, relieved. Bryce did an excellent job and I would use him again (hopefully I won't have to).

I was locked out of my house with no spare keys. I called a locksmith that to unlock my front door which he wasn't able to do but was able to unlock an "easier" lock on my side door. The same lock smith said he wouldn't be able to rekey my front door and he'd have to replace the lock for $160+. I'm glad I waited til the next day and called Bryce because he assured me that he would be able to rekey the front door and do it at a reasonable price. Sure enough Bryce came through and 20 mins later the job was done. Over $300 for two locks to be changed out. When I installed an august lock on the back of the door 2 weeks later it was apparent that the lock and the door did not align. You have to push the door in to lock it from the inside. We had been doing this before and it wasn’t really an issue until we decided to add the august lock. I called Alpha 3 times over two weeks to get them to come out. Each time the owner said he’d have someone call me right away to schedule it. The final, 4th time I called, insisting that they come out that day he told me it’s would be an additional $60 for them to come out... that I voided my warranty when I added the august lock. I don’t doubt that I signed the warranty with this caveat, yet the fact is that they did not line up the lock abs door properly. Taking out two screws from the back door knob does not change that. He blew me off for 2 weeks and then tried to charge me another $60 to correct an issue that they didn’t fix in the first place. Horrible customer service! Don’t use them! High prices abs they don’t do the right thing for their customers!!!

I simply asked for information about what influences pricing for re-keying locks. We decided to call a locksmith to try and repair a seized car trunk lock. After reading the positive reviews on Google we decided to call Alpha Locksmith. Bryce answered our call quickly and made an appointment for the following day. He sent a text that he was on his way and was even a bit early, a welcome surprise in the home service provider industry. Bryce was friendly and professional and worked on that lock for two hours! He was successful in fixing it and saved us hundreds of dollars that we would have had to spend to order a new one from the car dealership. We would call Bryce again if we need a locksmith. We also found his rates to be reasonable for the service he provided.

I recently bought a keyless lock for my home and was in search of someone to install it. After doing a bit of online research I decided to go with this company because of the great reviews and the fact that they are registered with the Better Business Bureau. I must say I am very pleased with the service from the day I contacted Bryce until he installed the lock. Bryce is a very thorough individual and will not leave your house until the job is done to his and your satisfaction. He is also a very friendly person easy to communicate with and has a great sense of humor. It’s been 4 days now since my installation and I am extremely happy with his work. I definitely plan to use him again and recommend him to others.

I'm giving this company a mixed review due to two different experiences. I had 2 locks changed at my residence in Plymouth. Efficient and a good job done. As a result I called to schedule an appointment to have an interior lock changed for a property in Brockton. Was told they needed a 2 hour window and scheduled from 11 to 1. At 1 with no call I called to see what happened and was told someone would call me back. 20 mins later someone calls asking what they could help me with. They then said the person who was supposed to come had something come up and they could come but not for a few hours. Again, no call to let me know they wouldn't be coming or apology. Terrible lack of professionalism.
