I do site maintenance for a large private school and we constantly have to fix or replace locks and get lost keys replaced. Very friendly and expert advice, knowledgeable and willing to do the research if there is a need for it. Be ready however for a wait, unless there's an emergency, this is a busy shop, and no wonder...
