Étienne saved us today. We put my friend’s bike rack on my truck’s hitch. Once locked in, it was in a position where you could not reach to put the key in the lock to unlock it. He came quickly to us and was able to saw the key so we could reach. We thought we’d have to damage the rack to take it out. Highly recommended!

I will add to the list of amazing experiences many have had with this company. Tonight they saved me HUGE!! Its 7pm on Friday night DT Banff. I go in to pick up some food for literally 5 minutes leaving my teenage son in the running vehicle. While I'm gone some Bus driver comes and harasses him and tells him to move the vehicle spooking him. Not sure what to do he leaves the running vehicle with the keys inside and locks the doors. Needless to say being out of town on a vacation and having no clue where to turn somehow I was able to get in contact with these gents. A gentlemen showed up in 20 minutes just wow to unlock the vehicle. Very professional, courteous and a life saver. Mentioned they were looking to be the only 24 7 locksmith in town. Please help them make that happen and use their services over any tow company or other competitors. Truly amazing! Thanks again boys!!

Responded to the phone immediately and was downtown in 10 minutes to unlock my car and took him just a couple minutes to get it open. Only charged 80 bucks which is very cheap, last time I got a locksmith to open a vehicle it was over 140$.
