Great experience here when I had them scope and cut a new key for my motorcycle brought the bike to them and they stored it inside their shop for a week and they cut the perfect keys for it but unfortunately they cannot make a chip for it which even the Yamaha dealer wasn’t able to do due to security issues (alarm system) quoted me $400 to begin the job . But since they weren’t able to make the motorcycle back to life ( they cut the keys perfect) and instead they charged me half price of intial quote. Definitely would recommend this place.

A week of multiple calls to this company, and their answer to a solution for a product they sell was to talk with another company. Things have been stolen from the neighbourhood since I first started trying to get answers about my security cameras from this place. Not recommended. Overpriced and unsupported products is what you find here.

They let you believe you have your house is monitored 24/7 but it's not. I have to tell you I set off my alarm by accident which the alarm went off for 3mins and some but no phone call from the monitoring company. When I called Lock and Safe, they told me that there must be 2 motion sensors set off before the police will be called and it was regulation. So I did some checking on this with the police department in Blackfalds which is not true. I was told it does not matter how many sensors were set off. Then I tested it to their statement about 2 sensors to set off. Omg I had enough time to let the dogs out and in plus shower and sit on my couch before monitoring company called approximately 15 mins after the alarm went off. When called them about, I got we will look into it and get back to you. They never did get back to me.
