I came back from vacation this weekend and we didn't have our keys on us, we might have left it at the resort, but regardless, it was cold, dark and we had no access to get inside of our house. We decided to call Next Door Locksmith as it was pretty late and we saw on Google that they are 24/7. None of our family or friends have duplicate keys to our house so a locksmith was really our only option. Long story short, these guys came within 20 minutes. The guy even called us to let us know how long he would be so we didn't have to freeze outside for too long. He then opened our door in less than 10 minutes and we were inside, with a fresh set of keys in all together 35 minutes. Very professional and it wasn't as expensive as I would have imagined. I would definitely offer this advise to anyone who needs a locksmith in the late hours of the night: Call Next Door Locksmith. They won't waste your time, waste your money and the guy was very nice. Calgary's best locksmith!

Overcharging, charging for unnecessary services, and use of intimidation tactics. In some cases, the final bill is four times as much as the quoted price .They taking advantage of hard working people who are locked out of their house or car as part of their business. They withholding important cost information preventing people from making an informed decision. Do not use their scam services!!!!

I had a TERRIBLE experience with your employee on the phone at 9 am on Nov 22nd when i called to BOOK a job. The man clearly doesn't know his craft, (I spoke to 2 locksmiths last week while i was waiting for the part, who told me they COULD do this job, INCLUDING your company) he would not allow me to explain, told me it couldn't be done and hung up on me!! Maybe he talks to all women that way. He is arrogant and rude and will ruin your business. Unbelievable

Technician showed up well over an hour late, and was not wearing a mask because they "don't believe in covid". I get it, you can have your own beliefs, but if you are running a small business maybe you should check your "pride" at the door and make sure your clients safety and satisfaction is #1 on the list instead of your stubborn attitude.

Great experience with these guys! I just moved into my new house and needed to install new locks. They answered my call promptly and professionally and had a guy outside my door within 30 minutes. Super fast service and very friendly too. The guy said they also do car lockouts and I wouldn't need a monthly membership which is what I'm paying now for roadside assistance (and getting ripped off!). I highly suggest you use these guys instead of paying monthly fees for a membership you rarely use unless its an emergency! They're fast, honest and he kindly asked me to leave this review - great work Next Door Locksmith and thank you for your service :)

I would not recommend the services of Next Door Locksmith. When I called in, I was quoted at $160, and arrival in 30 minutes. Next Door Locksmith subcontracted the services out to another company. The subcontractor arrived after an hour (I don't actually have any complaints against this company/individual). He then informed me that there was an additional $29 service fee on the call. In their first paragraph, their website talks about honest pricing (no hidden fees) and a 30 minute response guarantee (Pending good traffic - that wasn't an issue at the time). Neither were met.

We expected change a part which lock smith showed me. Yes it was broken and we think he could replace it. The thing is he changed whole handle set without informing cost instead changing part. We are not sure that was best way or not. May be that was. But I think he should've inform us how much it cost before he started. We paid $450 plus service call charge. Hope it is right price.

I am a small business owner and we had a door lock fail at 7:00 pm on Friday. Not having used a locksmith for years I searched and found Next Door Locksmith., Alex was dispatch and arrived just as promised approximately 20 minutes. He quickly diagnose the problem and made the necessary repair even had the correct replacement part in his service vehicle.Charged me a fair price and accepted a credit card for the payment. I did ask to see his locksmiths license which he had no issue in showing me, he even let me know about the warranty. I would happily use their services again, and would not hesitate recommending them.

DONT USE THESE GUYS!! These guys are a joke! They came to install a front door electronic lock. This guy I am guessing didn't know how to install this lock. He asks for a different set of batteries and still says the lock doesn't work. I checked and it was working. He was pressing the wrong button. He runs away from my resident leaving everything on the floor. I called the office and I was told; get on with it, you weren't charged!

We utilized this company's service on Saturday, January 28th for one of our properties and the keyword is WOW. The locksmith showed up late; damaged the lock and drove off. I contacted the Customer Service Dept. of this organization and was informed that I needed to contact another locksmith to assist us. We gave your company a try based on the reviews we saw on here. I suspect if the reviews on here for your organization is real, plagiarized or bought. What a terrible service offered.

Got locked out of my house. Locksmith quoted 1 hr wait time. 2.5 hours later he showed up. Clearly he took 3 other jobs and knew all along he would not be 1 hour. He lied and claimed it was traffic. I can check traffic from the maps app. Dishonest. Lying. I could've had another locksmith at my home within an hour and had a decent evening if it weren't for this guy - who I won't name so that this company hurts for working with such an ass.
