He also switched one of the two locks on our front door so that the same key could open both, which would prevent future situations of being locked out. Eli approached me on the way to a job on my street while walking my dog to ask if I had a Weiser Smart Lock on my door. I live in a new neighbourhood and the builders favour installing these on all of their new builds. He showed me what they looked like and told me that they can be opened in seconds with a tool much like a screwdriver. He even showed me a Youtube video demonstrating how easy they were to open with this tool. Eli also informed me that there had been 55 break ins in the last two nights in two of these newer Edmonton neighbourhoods and that these lock types were the main culprit. Arriving home, I found that I did unfortunately have this lock! I immediately called Eli and as soon as he finished with his job he came over directly to replace the front door lock with a quality lock and deadbolt. He was full of very helpful information and educated me on all kinds of security measures we can take to make our homes more secure. He was very courteous and friendly and did not try to up sell me on any of the products he offers. In fact, I have already sent his card via text to my daughter to have her call him asap if she has this lock type on her new condo. I highly recommend Eli for all of your home security needs! I have him on speed dial now myself.

He performed the work very quickly and left me with no questions about how well the lock would hold up over time (a two year warranty was included). He was very rude and abrupt. I wanted him to change my locks, meaning new locks entirely and he came and just reset the keys and took out the batteries from my front door lock. He said his flat rate was $130 but charged me $150. Nothing I had asked for or needed was solved. This just ended up costing me more money and work. Edit** His response is untrue. We were very clear in what work we wanted done. Google recorded our conversation so I have proof that we specifically asked for the locks to be entirely changed. He did not sit down and explain that he needed to stay an extra 40 minutes and it would cost me more. After I posted this review, he called me on my personal phone to yell at me and harass me because he was so mad that I would say something negative. Rather than try to fix this situation and make me a repeat costumer or tell my friends about him he made the situation worse by calling me to yell at me.

By far the best service ever!!!! My wife parcel was stolen from the store in the west end Edmonton. in the bag was the car key ... in the car she had all our grocery that she just pick from superstore. The first Locksmith came up was Mr, Lockman . Eli was amazing! I called him more then once about the same problem and every time he was professional and patient and was willing to help me come up with solutions/options to get my doors unlocked. I asked him to come to my game west of stony plain for 630pm and he was exactly on time and so so incredibly quick and told me exactly what he was doing when he was doing it. Very Honestly a hard worker. I had called Mr. Lockman at 11:00AM and the man was here in 1 hour and fixed rekeyed my lock within the next half hour or less. I was impressed with the workmanship. I was able to get an immediate appointment at anytime I chose. Rudy showed up on time and clearly explained 3 options to me to pick from. While he was there I could not open my new Samsung remote (they are notoriously difficult!), Rudy tried for me but was also unsuccessful.
