Absolutely great service, had someone break into our vehicle and break our ignition and door lock. Called Mr. Locksmith and they were able to come out and fix it within the hour. Excellent service, well-priced, very fast and professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Very bad customer service, hung up on me, i went mid day from work to the place, the guy Dominic bailed on me and was super rude , since his GPS wouldn't show up my address. NEVER EVER GO FOR THIS SERVICE. This is the only way to promote good customer service

Got locked out of my apartment one night and called these guys. They were great. The locksmith arrived about 10 minutes after we spoke on the phone. This was around 11:00pm on a Friday night. Took him about 8 minutes to unlock my door. Price was very reasonable and cheaper than most places. Highly recommend.

Very poor service, very rude over the phone. I was about to book a service through him and he just hung up on me. Do not use, lots of other quality locksmiths companies in Calgary and I am a real person, not a fake like they are trying to say in other reviews to cover themselves.

Dominic was beyond amazing and I would 100% recommend these guys. I was not having a great day, losing my only car key didn't help. Dominic was here within 30 minutes and a delight to chat with while he saved my arse. The charge was entirely reasonable, all costs were disclosed and did not magically double when the job was done, and a full receipt was provided so i can submit it to my roadside assistance company. Top notch all around, thanks for not only getting me new keys, but also turning my day around :)

I called around 2:30am to get a quote to have someone come over and open my door. The guy on the phone quoted me a much lower price than when he arrived. After he opened my door he then changed me over double what he quoted me. It ended up being $220 to pick the lock. I called the next day to inquire why there was such a price difference in the quote vs what I was charged. The locksmith that came over called and said there was no way he would quote me that price. ( if he quoted me the actual price there would be no issue here) I spoke with his manager who informed me it was a "bad time, and he can't talk right now". I have since called around to inquire what an average quote would be on getting a locksmith around 2am and it is definitely less than what I was charged. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

Long story. Keys were lost and I needed 5 locks re-keyed the same day. Called and spoke to Lenhard. He was there within 2 hours, was very professional (and these locks were OLD and finicky), and charged me exactly what was quoted on the phone. Service like that these days is getting more and more rare. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Very happy customer!

Im sure their service is amazing, but I just got off the phone with a man on the phone yesterday, and he was terribly rude. Got frustrated cause I asked questions, made fun of my situation and said "I cant believe you got baited into that." Now that did not seem professional to me at all, and showed a huge lack of sympathy. I wanted to book with you guys, but after being treated like that I decided to look elsewhere.

I had a positive experience with Mr. Locksmith. The person who answered the phone was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about pricing, and I was able to book an appointment for the next day. The locksmith showed up on time. Unfortunately, for some reason, a different company (that I already cancelled) showed up to my door right before this appointment, so I got confused and let them change my lock first. They charged a bit more than Mr. Locksmith would have, so I do regret not using Mr. Locksmith instead. I am so sorry for the inconvenience!

The keys to my condo unit were stolen and they were on location within 30 mins of my call and had both locks rekeyed in 15 mins. My tenant was very pleased about how kind they were. I couldn’t recommend Mr. Locksmith any more!

Called another 24hr locksmith service on Google search with $35 pricing. Call at 8pm waited almost 3 hrs, after two follow up call guy shows up spend a minute trying to pick the door, gives up and says he needs to drill the door and it will cost $180. I sent him away paying $15. This Time I tried Cam at Mr. Locksmith. Cam came within the 30min said. Spent 5 mins and picked the lock! I noticed his tool bag had all the knick knacks that a license locksmith should have compared to the first fella. I'm writing this at 1am in the morning because I appreciate Cams quick response and service.

24 hours is a lie. I called several times before somebody picked up and he told me they can’t come out. No reason given, just that it’s too late. Guy was rude and then hung up on me. I tried several other numbers for other companies and they all came back to the same guy or some answering machine. Absolute garbage. I even called earlier in the night and they said they’d come out any time, no problem. It’s a lie and a scam. Don’t trust them at all.
