We found out that we couldn’t insert our key inside the doorknob when we arrived home this afternoon. We knew we had the right key, so we kept trying until we realized that something stuck in the doorknob prevented us from doing what we wanted to do. We couldn’t get everything off, so we called the locksmith company and asked for their assistance. The locksmith came over quickly, and he handled the lock replacement quite easily. He also got us the right key to use on the lock. It was quite a good deal overall as it didn’t cost us much.
