But the guys at expert lock services helped me out and cut me a key and did it in no time, my overall experience was very amazing and i would recommend then to anyone looking to get their keys cut. I will definitely be returning to get spares.

Went in for a heavy padlock for a gate. I had a fellow named Kevin help me. I got the right lock for my job AND a massive education on padlocks as he answered all manner of question I felt free to ask. He offered to rekey the lock to my current one saving me a ton of time and effort of delivering new keys to those that needed them. While very busy, he jumped ahead and did it quickly as he knew I was from out of town and returning hours later would be difficult,even though it was time for his lunch break. Very appreciated. This level of customer service must be commended and recognized. I do not hesitate in recommending Mark and Expert Lock Services to anyone looking for all their locking needs.

I have used Expert Locks of Sherwood Park for 15 years. The store is still owner operated with enough intelligent young faces being hired to have prompt service. I have come in with some unique requests and although they hide behind the counter when they see me coming..... to date I have not walked out of that place without possessing the proper piece that I need or the direction to move forward. I highly recommend this firm.

These guys are excellent. I brought them a trailer I bought at an auction with no keys and they worked on it for over an hour and only charged me for the cut keys. Will continue to only use them in the future for any lock related issue.

Brought in a key that I bought elsewhere, and was told it could not be cut because it could break his very expensive machine. I was then offered the opportunity to purchase one of their keys and have it cut. I declined and left, and went to Rock Solid and had it cut with no issues or complaints.
