Keys were 12 hours away. Phoned Assure with my problem. They worked with me to find a solution. Ended up cutting the key for my 1987 Dodge from a photo. It worked perfectly!! Fantastic work and people skills. Much appreciated!

I have used them on two occasions, once because my husband tried to install a lock on his own and epicly failed and again cause my husband lost our keys. Both times they have shown up super quick, had amazing customer service and were not in it for the money! When we need a locksmith, they will be my guys!

I broke my key off in my ignition of my car . Called Assure to get someone to pull the key out. The guy came . Complained he was to big to fit in my car .. then he stuck a wire in my ignition.. looked at it and said there was no key stuck .. I know there was a key still in there as I drove home with my half a key on my passenger side when I snapped it ... After 5 mins of being there he said I needed to replace my ignition and left . No quotes no nothing .. no call about how they could go about fixing it . I called langlocks ... they had the cylinder removed quickly and re pinned it for me . Also informing me the previous guy caused damage to the pins and that's why they needed to be replaced as he bent them as he was japping is wire pick around . I'm back on the road no thanks to assure lock . Will be a langlocks customer for life.
