Called All-Lock Rescue this morning to get two doors re-keyed. The dispatcher was pleasant to talk to and was able to send a locksmith to my house the same afternoon. My technician, Jo, was very knowledgeable and confident in her work, followed all COVID protocols and was able to install in such a way that it saved me a few dollars, which was much appreciated. Excellent! Locksmith called me when they were ready to come out, as promised by the representative over the phone. The locksmith arrived on-time and upon examining the lock, let me know that that type of lock can be re-keyed easily, meaning the cost would be less than replacing the lock. Work was done within 25 minutes for re-keying the deadbolt lock. Professional and friendly service! Highly recommended! Thank you!

I have an old BMW , broke my key off in the trunk ( super mad about that ) Places wanted to charge me close to 200$ ! Went and saw Curtis at all lock , got there at 9 am Literally within 20 minutes ( two people ahead of me also ) he got it done . Cut me two keys , and took the broken one out . Lubed all my locks and ignition . Made sure all keys worked . And didn't even charge an arm and leg for it ! Super polite also . 5/5 recommend . If I have any other key issues I'm coming here . Very disappointed. I went to cut a key copy for my car and they told me that it will work. After paying $50 dollars, they could not transfer the chip and the copy they cut did not work. Very annoying. They do this for living and so they should not have cut they key if they can not transfer the chip and I should not be charged for that either. Such a rip off.

I forgot my key in my car truck and my truck opener button was not functioning to open the trunk. I was helpless and didn't know what to do. I searched in my google map for help and I found ALL-LOCK_RESCUE. I called them and asked for help to open the truck, gentlemen showed up his name was Mike he was extremely kind and tried his best for almost two hours couldn't able to open my 2006 Nissan Sentra trunk, however it was 2 am he left and told me that he will send someone tomorrow morning at 7 am which means 5 hours after he left. I needed to travel back to Vancouver because it was my first time traveling to Edmonton. 7 am received a phone call and another gentleman showed up and he tried for good 1 hour or so again we could not able to open the trunk. while after the second person showed up and finally we opened the truck and the best part was they only charged me $105 plus tax which this was amazing service and if I was going to pay hourly I should've paid those guys at least $400. Really the best rescue team I ever saw in my life. I wanna say Thank you so much for the great service...

So my friend had an issue. I sent her there with instructions. They did something different which cost less money. But the kid (I'm assuming in training) who did the work, make a small error. When I called them back the dude seemed mortified and apologized profusely. My friend took it back and the missing piece was put on. It worked beautifully. I have no issues about mistakes if they make it right. They admitted it right away and then made it right. That tells me they care about their customers. I call that customer service. And of course the deadbolt works so much better so the fix was perfect and very cost effective. About half what I expected.

100% one of the best experiences I've ever had with this type of service. I was cheapie put on my locks on my car and it was in horrible shape. I called them, dropped my car off and they fixed it for the price they quoted me ( it was a good price). Then on my way out they told me to be careful about the one on my ignition (which I knew wasn't doing well) I left and could tell it was about to go as my key was getting stuck. I took it right back and got that taken care of as well. They still charged me like I never left. All of this was done cheaper than I was quoted at other places. Recommend this place big time!

All lock rescue literally rescued us from a difficult situation. We had lost the only key to our vehicle. Not only they squeezed us in, into an already fully booked day (which is greatly appreciated) but they also sent this amazing guy named Wolfgang. I have a restaurant and had to call a locksmith to get a lock re-keyed, i called at 6 thinking it would be the after hours charge, but fortunately that is not until 7. The locksmith Terry that came to do the lock came downtown really quick and was able to re-key the lock in about 10 minutes. He cuts the keys in the van which i thought was pretty cool. Terry was also very mindful of the fact that i had guests at the time and it was very cold out so he worked without opening the door much. Overall i am very satisfied with the service i received from All-Lock-Rescue

I forgot our rv keys in another province. We were able to get friends and family to send us photos of both the keys we needed and the lock- as we were not near either place but in between. After confirming we were owners of the unit, Curtis, I believe, was able to cut keys for us that matched - 3 separate keys- including one that was very unique. Had a horrible weekend moving my son, first off getting totally screwed by Uhaul, then unfortunately my son lost the key to the Uhaul. Well we waited to see if we could get a spare key...Nope they don't have spare keys. We were told "sorry that's your problem you will have to figure it out!" So we called around and ended up calling Todd with All Lock Rescue. This guy was FANTASTIC at his job and calming my overstressed and frazzled nerves! Noticed on All-lock rescues website that there is a picture of one of their techs using 2 home made style picks to attack what appears to be an evva 3ks. Apparently there is no need to tension a lock to open it, oh and don't try and take the high road and say he's trying to extract a broken key either there all-lock your just digging that hole deeper.

It was was chilly tonight! Colder due to the fact that I had just had my butt handed to me at the gym after a 12 hour day, was exhausted and cooling down fast. I was picking up some scrap wood donations for a nonprofit I volunteer for in an unfamiliar neighbourhood, in my haste to load everything quickly and get home, I locked my keys in my trunk. I called All Lock Rescue and was lucky enough to get Sam. He told me it would be a 30 minute wait time. Well did he ever exceeded expectations!! I was worried my ignition went or I needed to replace the tumbler because my key wouldn't turn at all. I got a quote that was 1/3rd of what the Honda dealership told me and I towed my car down to the shop. Within a half hour Curtis told me that my ignition was fine and that it was just that my key was extremely worn out. I ended up paying for a new key and my problems were solved. If I have any lock related issues in the future I'll be returning for sure... Honesty is hard to find and I found it here.

Found this company through Google reviews. Thought Id give them a call as we needed some locks rekeyed and batteries with lessons on how to install them and change the security cods on the keyless entry locks. It was Friday morning when Rick took my call by 2 pm that same day we had all the locks redone and we now know how to change the batteries and reprogram the codes when ever we need to on the keyless entry pads. Rick was efficient curtious and beyond polite. Couldnt hope to have a better locksmith come to the house. If you call, ask for Rick, but Im sure all of the ppl working here would be professional, maybe not as personable, but yes I highly recommend this company.

A Landy lock smith came per call to "REKEY" two locks which we, the commercial property owner, did not have key in order to reinforce our no-entry order for no-rent payment. A few hours after her job, the tenant easily open the door with their original key. So the "rekey" failed to block the old key, became making key copy from the lock, that was not called for.. This probably reflected a "blind spot" of knowledge which turned the job as a drama. The company has done a lot of satisfactory jobs for us. So this is to help them to improve skill in purpose.

After calling around for 4 days trying to find someone to remove a stuck key from my car door (most places cited COVID as their reason for refusal), they booked me in quickly & did the job in less time and at less cost than my quotes from the other places. What a crook! $550 for a key for my jetta! Not only that but it doesn't have a fob. Doesn't tell you this on the phone. Waits till he goes and cuts it first. Shows up late after i booked him in advance and then it takes 4 hours. Now i still have to go to vw to get a real key and pay them too program that one too. So pissed off with these people. I'm having a bad enough day as it is now you want to rape me with the bill. Won't even move on the price for taking so long. Don't take your buisness here. Worst experience ever!

I just phoned 3 other places before this one and they only have mobile service. They charge $30 for the service call and then $45 for the minimum charge - but I might as well go and buy a new deadbolt and install it. But when I phoned All-Lock Rescue he suggested I lubricate the lock first and if that doesn't work I can bring it into their shop. When someone offers free advice over the phone, that is the place you want to do business with!!

This was my first experience with All-Lock-Rescue and when I was leaving I told the young man who helped me that I would certainly be recommending them. I even wanted to leave a tip but he told me that their credit card system was not designed to accept tips. Long story short, I went to the Londonderry Chrysler dealer to get a replacement Key Fob remote cut and programmed for a car I was selling. They wanted $350 for one key which caused me to take my key back and I said to the female service rep that "not in this lifetime will I be scammed and gouged like this". I even wrote an email to the Service Manager after telling him that they should be ashamed of themselves trying to gouge their customers this way. I am a senior on fixed income so I don't have money to waste. All-Lock Rescue by comparison cut and programmed two remote fobs that I supplied and they also supplied, cut and programmed a third chip key. How much did they charge for this? A grand total of $120 which is approximately one third of what the Chrysler dealership wanted. Everything worked fine and it only took about thirty minutes for the technician to complete everything. I am super impressed with this company. The young technician was also friendly and very polite. My advice for anyone that has auto key issues is to forget the dealership and take your business to companies like All-Lock-Rescue.

Todd came on a Saturday to fix our residential door. He quoted the price of a service call before he arrived, replaced the deadbolt, keyed the lock to our existing keys, and fixed the bolt/strikeplate alignment. He was professional and courteous, and the price was very reasonable.

I locked my only car key in the trunk yesterday. The girl who answered my call was super nice and helpful. However, they refused to work on my newer model German car. She even came to my car to inspect it, but did not attempt to unlock it because she said it is "impossible". She said that the only option I have is to get the key code from the dealership to cut a mechanical key to open it (which turns out to be not applicable for models after 2006). Feeling desperate, I almost decided to tow the car to a dealership to get it fixed. After consulting with a technician from the dealership, I called another locksmith company today (YEG Locksmith), they came and resolved the problem within 5 minutes. For All Lock Rescue, I am very grateful for the time they spent on me. I hope they obtain the latest information.
