Great service, and one of the few locksmith's around that has a storefront so you can waltz in and get keys cut. Had keys cut over lunch, and was in and out in just 5-10 minutes. Employee that assisted me was very friendly and came out with me to verify the cut keys worked properly on my door locks.

I was really pleased with the service Alberta Lock Solid provided. From initial telephone contact with Fred, to repairs done by Brad. It is great that they are friendly (not always the case) but the real deal is that the work was done well, quickly and at a very reasonable price. I do not have any affiliation with the this business, in fact I called them based on the Google reviews I read. I am 100% satisfied with Alberta Lock Solid and would most definitely recommend them to others.

I have 2 front door locks in my apartment building and it takes so long to open them, locks are just trash and waste of life time. I always see other people standing there wiggling their keys inside struggling trying to open. Poor quality locks with this company's name beside them.

I inherited my dad's truck but the keys to tonneau cover were missing. I thought the t-handle would be easily replaced but I could not find out what brand the cover was and the dealership recommended a locksmith. When the code on the lock didn't yield a working key they took the handle in overnight to take it apart and make a key that works. Excellent service!

Good service, Good price. I lost the only key I had to my motorcycle. It was going to cost me hundreds of dollars to replace the ignition, gas cap and steering lock at the dealer until the dealer told me about lock solid. I called them, and they picked up the phone right away, I was given all the information I wanted. The person I spoke to answered all my questions, was nice and very proffessional. They made me a new key from my ignition that I brought them (something I didn't even know was possible). Staff was friendly. I got my ignition back with the 2 keys I requested and it was much cheaper than I was quoted.

I am very impressed. The response I got about my inquiry was detailed, informational and personalized. They were able to get someone out to my location the next day which was great. The employee who arrived on site was informative, took the time to explain what could be done, gave me a quote before starting, offered options and then made adjustments with keys when needed. He did all of that while being well spoken, polite and kind. I would definitely use their business again and am happy to recommend them to anyone in need.

Brought in the locking mechanism for a tent trailer I had purchased that didn’t come with keys. Alberta Lock Solid was able to re-key the lock at a very reasonable price. Brought in a second locking mechanism and had the same work done. Slight miscommunication happened that would have cost more, but Alex with Alberta Lock Solid realized the miscommunication and only charged the lower cost. Very happy with the service!

Had an overall amazing experience. We moved into a new house and needed to re-key 4 locks. I talked to John over the phone and he was really helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Briefly with the help of John I was able to set up a same day appointment. Alex (technician) called in advance to confirmed his arrival time and arrived at the arranged time. Watch out for hidden charges when getting a quote. Got a quote for labor to do a job and was charged $85 for a service call that wasn't mentioned. This was not an emergency service but a scheduled visit a week in advance. Not to mention that their tech showed up late and required my help to do the job. They also had to return to finish the job and missed the second appointment. I had to call to find out why I'm wasting my time waiting around for a 5 minute job. Would not recommend this company.

Great place and great service. Went in at 5:04 (they close at 5) not expecting to get any service (why would I when they'd be closing?) and got great service. Just needed a couple of keys cut urgently and the fellows there were really pleasant and helpful. Plus, there was apparently an ice-cream sandwich binge earlier in the day, and that's always a sign that people are cool.

Its nice to see an honest company and upstanding customer service. Lost my ignition key, 96 Pathfinder, was quoted 250-500 from other automotive locksmiths. Spoke with Josh, gave him the info, within 30 mins he came back with a quote of 55 bucks. If you are looking for great service and honesty I highly recommend Alberta Lock Solid

I had 3 keys cut for my truck done here. It was done like shockingly quick and reasonably priced, he had me test the keys before paying too, everything worked fine. Was in and out with 3 fresh keys in what felt like a few minutes, was super efficient. Definitely recommended for getting keys cut at least!

Absolutely fantastic! I have been here twice now. Quality is always top notch and both times Davis gave quick prompt service, good advice and the best solution. My last problem was a tailgate lock that wouldn’t unlock on a 2007 Tundra. He was able to figure it out in 5 minutes and saved me $100’s over what a dealership would have charged. I spent less than $40.

After they fix its there are big cap that I see the light for outside in call them I say when I fix it it’s like that, I answer yes they say I call back me back and fix it. This company is excellent! It is the only company that would or could cut a mail box key. I phoned several lock smiths and was told they are mobile, so they were unable to cut the key. Then I went to several well known hardware stores and they do not have that key to cut it. Alberta Lock Solid cut the key quickly while producing a well cut key! Staff were very helpful too! I would recommend this company!

Unfortunately, I had a mix up with another company and I appreciate Alberta Lock Solid understanding this disappointing situation. I had called another company to rekey our house they had me text them my info. In our conversation they said they could send someone out Thursday or Friday. I didn't hear anything back from the company regarding a time and no one called me. So I assumed they weren't coming and called Alberta Lock Solid. When you call in they are very friendly and accommodating. They made an appointment to have someone come out same day in the afternoon. The tech called me and advised they would be at my house in approximately 40 minutes. Here is where the mix up happened the other company showed up in that time frame and rekeyed our house. Being a busy Mom with 2 dogs, I just assumed it was Alberta Lock Solid. Unfortunately it wasn't and the tech made his way out here to knock on the door right after the other company left. I feel awful this happend and I appreciate Alberta Lock Solid understanding this ridiculous situation. I advised the other company of my disappointment and unfortunately it was a mix up on their part they thought they had text me a time. My sincerest apologies to Alberta Rock Solid. I hope when future customers read this you choose them because this kind of compassion and grace speaks volumes about the company and tech.

We brought in a lock to have rekeyed. It turned out we were working with two different brands, so they had to do more work than we originally thought. They were extremely accommodating and kind even though the task was not easy nor quick. When we got our lock home, we realized we were missing a piece. One of their staff members (Alex) dropped it off with a big smile and zero complaint, even though it was after store hours. When we couldn't get our door to lock, Jamie talked us through it over the phone. Again, after hours with no complaint. I was getting quotes for 300 plus, but David at Alberta Lock Solid was able too get my a new key for only 55 dollars! I was locked out of my house, called Edmonton locksmith services and promised 30-45 mins response. The guy came after 85 mins, after multiple calls. During the initial call I asked for the price and they told me $15 for the service call and $35 for home lockout. Once on site he said its $120, which I didnt agree stating the price I was told was $50. He said he'll speak to the manager and came down with $100, which was also high. I told him because of his change in price I dont want his services anymore and I asked him to leave. But he wanted money to attend the call, which I flatly refused and asked him to leave or I'll call police. Customers please read reviews before you call any locksmith services. They own another company "Alberta Lock Solid", since I got the same guy when I called a different number and he told the guy i already in my place. Customer stay away from Edmonton Locksmith services and "Alberta Lock Solid"!!

I searched for the lock I wanted at Lowes, Home Depot and Rona without any success. I mentioned it to someone who told me check it out at lock only shop. I went to Alberta Lock Solid to purchase a lock for our glass door a few days ago. I was very impressed with the service I received from a lady called Michelle. She told me that they didn't have it in stock but then she politely requested me to drop the sample I brought, she said that she would help me to search for it. She later called me back the same day to let me know that she had found it and that I could pick it up. I didn't mind driving there again from Millwoods next day because of the treatment I received. Michelle impressed me because of the way she dealt with me and also what she did for her business, these days it is very difficult to find people that care about others (me the customer and her employer too). Most people would have said we don't carry it or we don't have it stock period, okay. Michelle and Alex were very helpful. I will go back to Alberta Lock Solid next time I have lock related issue. They seem reliable and trustworthy.
