If I could I would give this place a ZERO!!! This place is horrible! I called and the meanest lady picked up and said that I would get a call from the lock smith. 30 minutes later, nothing! I call back again and she said she’ll call them… An hour late still nothing!!! I call back AGAIN and a man answered and was confused why no one called me and told me that he was going to call them and then call me back, guess what happened 30 minutes later? NOTHING that’s right!! I try to call back and the mean lady was back and she said hold… SHE HUNG UP ON ME! And I try to call back 3 different times and all times they’ve hung up on me! I tried to go there to find some answers and their location on their website doesn’t even exist!! This is pure torture for 2 and a half hours!!! I call another place and I got a technician in less than an hour… ridiculous.
