Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company. I had my mailbox lock redone in November 2019 when the keys were lost. The lock didn’t work from day one. When I called to ask them to look at it I was given the run around that it’s supposed to do that and it’s a safety feature. Fast forward my tenant can’t use it and when I called to ask about it again, they let me know they don’t keep records of any non account work, they don’t offer warranty and just to come look at it I would have to prepay $100. I sent the information from original transaction and said either way I need it to be looked at. The lovely staff have decided not to respond to assist in this matter. If you require professional, dependable, reliable work do not go to these guys. I had the lock replaced by another company and they showed me the lock is defective and bent internally that would have been there previously. So thanks for taking my money and not standing by your work.

Went there to get a copy of my car key. I brought my own blank as no one seems to carry the ones I need. The woman I spoke to said I had the wrong kind of key, that the length was different, and she refused to cut it for me. She wouldn't even try. I knew it was the right key as I was diligent in making sure I had a compatible key. They also did not carry a compatible key that I could purchase. I got the key cut elsewhere and it works just fine.

This locksmith is the best one, I had been here a few times for my RV lock rekeyed, make copies, keys and locks always works the first time, so I just went here again for my motorcycle keys, had 2 different keys made this time, same good service, professional, tried the keys right away when I get home, works excellent, I'm sure this is my only place to go for keys and locks. came in looking for an odd key, from there I met Mary. who treated me really well, but their was one guy in who that he was king of the world (Mary kept her cool which I would have had a hard time doing ) I told her to deal with him first. I was in no hurry and she tried to give them to me for free. I still payed THIS IS TOP NOTCH SERVICE thanks again Mary hope to do some more work with u in the future

This little slightly "out of the way" business is truly a gem in my opinion. This lady knows the lock and key business. I have frequented this business on several occasions and for good reason. Plain and simple: get your keys cut here.... and they work! Exactly as you would expect. Not like a machine cut key that may or may no. And the service is fast. In and out in less than 5 minutes because the equipment is kept calibrated and everything works as it should. Can't say enough good things about a little gem like this one. Competitive pricing too.

This place has the nicest lady at the counter. She's got great experience and knowledge! When the hardware stores didn't have the key blank for our donation box, Airdrie Lock and Key was able to find a compatible blank (not even the SAME blank!!) which worked in the icky chinese made lock!!! I wish I could remember her name...5 STARS!

I’m from Edmonton but passed through Airdrie to get a motorcycle part. Decided that I’ll also get some keys cut. I had a Canada Post mailbox key that Canadian Tire and Home Depot could not cut. Got recommended Airdrie Lock and Key. They got the job done. Made 2 duplicates for me, but was told due to the complicated design of my original key....these duplicates may not work and will require some tweaking (for free). Anyways, I just got home.....the keys work. Great job!

Great Service, I called for some ideas on how to change a bunch of locks on a build and the Team here gave me some great advice. Once we decided to get the work done they were quick to come in and take care of things and even found a few repairs needed on some door handles and locks around the building. They handled themselves like true professionals.
