Have had to get them to open the same safe multiple times, and every time they are patient and friendly despite me forgetting the combination. Also my 3 year old stole a key and I found out when he handed it to me as we were loading the safe and other items. The employee was considerate enough to not freak out and realized that my son had no idea what he had done was not right.

The fees charged for this job was more than justified considering the service call was conducted late on a Saturday evening (after-hours) and the technician was in fact a 30+ year certified journeyman locksmith skilled enough to get your door open without damage, whereas the majority of other locksmiths would have simply given up after a few minutes and told you that they would need to drill the lock to open your door. Since the Swedish brand of Assa European Oval Cylinder Mortise Locks on your home are not readily available in the local market it would have taken many weeks or possibly months to order in a new Assa European Lock Cylinder if it had indeed been drilled, and at a final cost of well over $600-$800CAD dollars after installation of the new lock assembly simply because you would have also needed a temporary lock for the door while the Assa Lock Cylinder was on order, so a deadbolt or other security product would have had to be installed which would have ruined the aesthetics of your beautiful door. Our technician had the necessary patience and skill required to open your door without damage and at a fraction of what it could have potentially cost. We always strive to accommodate the public with the best service possible while keeping the costs down to a minimum. With that said, we recommend you call another locksmith late on a Saturday evening to open this same home and see what transpires, and if the locksmith recommends drilling the lock to open the door just stop him and give us another call -- we're always here to help. Had trouble with my front door lock. Tried to fix it myself but still wouldn't work. Called Aegis Locksmiths and he was here within an hour and about half an hour later my door was fixed and working better than it had in years. He also tightened the screws in the door hinges to make the door hang better. Would recommend Aegis Locksmiths to family and friends.

Terrible locksmith!!!! They came to unlock the door to my house, fumbled with the back door for 45 minutes because "it was more comfortable than doing the front" for whatever reason, and failed completely to open it at all. They then did the front door after having refused to try it in the first place, and got it open after another 30 minutes. They then proceeded to charge for all the time they wasted on the back door. It cost almost $200 for what should've been a simple lock-pick. NEVER HIRE THESE OVERPRICED IDIOTS, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Friend locked his keys in his car. He called Aegis at 10pm on a Wed evening, and they were there in about half an hour, got him sorted out, and it cost a lot less than we thought it would. Absolutely would recommend. We've all had bad experiences with shady locksmiths, these guys were professional, no funny business or high pressure tactics.

I have found some locksmith to be untrustworthy and quick to rip off people desperate for getting their cars unlocked among other things. I walked in without any notice and explained to Aaron that we had a hiccup on a jobsite with a custom gate and we had someone who drove up from Calgary just to see the final product in its completion today and anything he could do to make my our gate (lock) work would be super appreciated.. Aaron and Jackson teamed up and jumped on this task right away and got this done in an insanely fast speed. Rip off. Quoted me $485 to do two keys for a 2005 caravan. I already have the keys, just need cut and programming. Dealership quoted me $125 to do both keys (up to 3 keys). That's cutting the keys and programming the keys. Reply below is just BS (supplying the key code?), no key code is needed at the dealership. Why would I have the key code? You provide a VIN # and they cut and program the key. The quote offered to me was over $400. If now it's suddenly down to $85.00 and $40 (which wasn't offered), then apparently these guys charge $300 to "drive" to the airport. They didn't provide the option to bring the vehicle by as I said I have AMA and could do that. Lied and said dealerships can't program keys over 10 years old. Lied and said I need a locksmith to cut the key, dealership can't do that. Every dealership I called it was a simple process and affordable...just hoping others don't know this.

100% reccomend. I brought my new transponder keys in to be cut. The shop was clean, service was incredible and key machine was clean. These people have extensive knowledge and it shows. The key cut off my original were better than the original. The machine was very clean and cut with ease. A true master at their craft. The price was more than fair however not the cheapest on the market. You're paying for clean and impeccably maintained equiptment and knowledgeable staff. Don't go cheap when getting keys cut or replaced. Go with the best and you won't regret it!
