I've been dealing with the owner of this particular business Ravi for several years now and I've always found him to be professional an accommodating in his dealings with me. There have been times when I was unable to attend the Jane Street store due to illness to arrange a small loan and he helped me out over the phone. All I had to do was run off some copies of my bank statement make photos of them and email them as an attachment. He in turn emails me copies on the contract which I sign and return to him vita email. Within several minutes I receiv e an email money transfer. I noticed some of the reviews have been negative then again we only seem to ever hear about the bad and never about the good.. Ravi also offers discountedl loans on amount of $300 and up. You can't judge a business based on a couple of bad incidents as opposed to hey a lot of loans that are arranged but nobody ever hears about. I believe in supporting small-business in our communities and I will continue dealing with him. Therefore I would recommend him highly.

Amazing customer service , the girls are all very friendly. They are all very helpful,courteous, kind and very respectful. I’m very happy with the service, When visited this place, there was a lovely lady working there who was very nice. She was knowledgeable and helped me out. Just look at the 1 star reviews and ppl that agree. Not a good lender and customer service is terrible. Very very unprofessional... I'm surprised they haven't been nailed by the ministry.

Customer service is terrible the manager/ owner whatever he is rude and discriminates he treated me with disrespect because of my age and ethnicity. I would never recommend this place or go here for anything ever again.
