I've been waiting for a call back from someone named Vince. I've been waiting weeks. I never got that call back. When I went back in I was offered no business opportunities as far as lending goes or for anything else really. ATM access locations also seem scarce. Any savings you get on account fees will likely be negated by ATM fees when you need to access your money through common ATM's from major banks. Perhaps I'm missing something but I guess I will be sticking with CIBC and TD, which do have ATM's everywhere. I was really wanting to like credit unions, too bad they had little to offer.

Terrible hours and terrible credit union. Would avoid this credit union, since they charge fees now might as well use a real bank with real hours and services.

They have always been friendly and efficient. They do banking different with no lines. Always made it easy for loans and mortgages because when your a member for a while they go by your past history with them. Great bank.

This bank is always fixing the Lasalle locations mistakes. I honestly can’t see why they have a lower rating. Sure the hours arn’t the greatest and the wait is long but it’s a prime location that’s going to happen. Overall I love this location and it’s the only reason why I havnt left WFCU.

If I could give this bank negative 5 stars i would. I have had nothing but trouble from the moment I moved to this bank two years ago. The hours are brutal. The staff is moody at best and have no clue as to what they are doing! I asked for a bank draft once, only to find out it wasn't for my account! I've called the after hours help with a missing deposit and only got the run around and to this date no one has returned my call, its been almost a year! They had given me a debit card on my first day, I've had two replacement cards because it doesnt work anywhere, i still can't use my debit card. And finally today I've had it, I went to do my taxes only to find out that I owe money. Apparently, when I went to the bank to pay back a government discrepancy the "agent" that was working at the bank sent it to the wrong place. I could tell she was unsure what she was doing so I asked her to check with someone else, she did and assured me it was taken care of. A couple months later I receive a letter in the mail that I still have not paid my debt, I called and someone else was supposed to take care of things, I waited two weeks for a phone call back, and I was promised that things were finally settled with the government. BULLCRAP. Don't join this "family".

It seems that everytime I go to this branch, which is rarely thankfully, they manage to screw up simple banking by either paying into the wrong account, accessing the wrong accounts all together, etc. Have had nothing but problems and it seems the employee's do not have the proper training to handle basic banking.
