Thank you so so so much to Tyronni Williams, she was so incredibly patient, helpful, kind, friendly and never made me feel like I was being a pain in the butt. I have never been to any of these places before and had no idea what I was doing and took forever to access my check stubs to upload. She walked me through it as much as I needed and offered suggestions the whole time. I felt terrible for getting there 15 min to close and didn’t finish until an hour after closing. I’m sure all she wanted to do was get home and probably dreaded one last customer but she never said a word about it. I needed that money that night and couldn’t wait until the next day and she literally saved me letting me in at closing time. Thank you again Tyronni!!!

Waited 30 min to cash a check while the two cashiers help one customer and the other was filing or spinning in her chair. did not like being made to wait like the money I spend is not important and I was told we can't cash your check we don't have enough money after waiting 45 min never again.

Brought someone here and we had to wait over an hour to be served because the very unprofessional employees stopped waiting on us so they could argue and fight with each other, in front of the customers. Other customers came in, saw this going on and left. Both employees should be fired because they were both wrong. Hope I never have to come here again.

I love how they are getting 4.8 service online but providing poor 1 star service in person. Ridiculous time wasted and no communication as far as the reason behind the terrible service . Overall this establishment need to look at its employees demeanor and service as it comes to dealing with public. As far as the management there was little to lack of involvement when the customers were complaining about ther quality at which their business was not a top priority.

Customer service at this location is beyond what one might expect. I've been to this location twice and have encountered Chantel on both occasions. Both encounters have been very pleasant. Chantel is very professional, kind, and funny. She made both my transactions quick and without complications. She definitely knows how to do her job and make the customer feel wanted simultaneously. I wouldn't go to any other location just because of her and her professionalism. Thank you Chantel for being a great person, and an awesome customer service clerk. And a bonus..the store is very clean!
