My best friend recommended Royalty Financial five years ago when my husband and I bought our house for the first time. Asim helped us got good mortgage rate and really took his time to explain to us all the questions we had as first time home buyers. Five years later(Oct 2020), we needed mortgage renew, he locked down a good rate for us a few months ahead. He did not stop there but kept checking lower rate and constantly updating better rate to us. He would call us multiple times, even in the evenings to tell us to lock down a newer better rate with another company. This means he has to do way more paper work. HE IS JUST THAT FANTASTIC!!!!
