Todd was able to find us a new mortgage in less than 5 days. Our application went to exactly one lender and it was the right lender for us. He is someone who knows the lending market in Ontario and is able to send applications to the right places. A++ would use again for our next mortgage. We contacted other mortgage brokers but were ghosted by all of them. I guess our situation wasn't especially easy(?) Not a big deal for Todd. Thanks again for saving the day!

As a first time home buyer he got the job done, BUT, was unprofessional, was not responsive, was not looking for my best interest, and countless things had to be told to him multiple times for them to be correct, not a good experience for a first time purchase.

So, like probably you I started with reading reviews. Mine led me to Todd, something I'm grateful for. Todd took so much time and effort, and pulled miracles at lightning speed to get us our house. We had bad credit- but had a mortgage approval in no time. I still can't believe we are home owners, but I have no doubt it wouldn't have happened without him!

I had the pleasure of working with Todd when I was forced into a position that needed immediate attention. I had to find a home and move from the GTA to North Bay in 2 months - and I had no previous experience buying a home, especially on my own. He took the time to get to know me on a personal level to help decide what type of house would be best for my son and I. He set time aside on a sunny long weekend to show me around the city, booked house viewings and was very responsive and efficient with any questions I had (and there were A LOT). We viewed some houses that had some minor issues that would have turned into major issues later down the line, which I had no knowledge of - thankfully, Todd was open and honest and advised against them. We were struggling to find approval as we were relocating from southern Ontario to the North Bay area and Todd got us conditional approval within 24hrs of us contacting him. When we were given notice on a Friday night after close of business that we needed to satisfy all conditions within 48hrs, Todd moved heaven and earth and got us a completed appraisal report AND mortgage approval over the weekend. We truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Todd. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a mortgage to use Todd. We will never use a different broker until the day he retires.
