I’ve been coming to this location for approximately 2.5 years and never have I had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and they are efficient. Always in and out in 5 minutes. Cashing fees are fair, I will continue to cash my cheques here.

Terrible customer service! We’ve dealt with this place a few times before, went in today to borrow some gas money for today and next week, I work 6 days a week at a job in the Peel region, but live in this area. He had my husbands drivers license as I.d. Behind the counter with him, while he sent me to my bank for more information. Instead of giving back my husbands I.d., he held it for the time I left and was at the bank in another plaza, while he also proceeded to serve 2 other customers, still with my husbands I.d. I came back from the bank with the info from our joint account, and he refused us because my name was on the bank info. Then he got rude with us, told my husband that he was giving him “attitude”, and told us not to come back. My husband wasn’t giving him attitude my husband has just over 2 hours to get to his job in another city and with the phone conversation prior to us going in there, we thought we would be getting money to borrow, instead of just wasting our time, and even more gas which we need to get back and forth from my husbands job. He blew up at us, and was outright rude to us, for no reason at all. This “business” should be investigated and possibly lose its license to operate!

Omg! I am shocked on how a person can get treated, this man should be fired. Was there first time and he said everything was ok besides we needed a bill saying our new adresss drives 15 mins home and 15 mins back and then he says he can't see the last Direct dpposite and he had the last pay stub in his hand. His was the most rudest, unfriendly person I've ever dealt with. Wow. Wasted our time, wouldn't let us explain or even talk. Started slamming our document and IDS down and just saying no no no no anytime we would speak. Totally unprofessional

I was there a few times but I want go there anymore after my last experience. Went there to exchange some money and he told me the rate and the total amount I’m getting and everything was fine until I got to the car and calculated myself and guess what he gave me $2 less then what he should had.. seriously? I never ever calculated before but this time I did it for “fun”.. I wonder how much money is he stealing from his customers? Sure $2 is not much but why should he get it, he already gets money from me just doing business with him! If you ever plan to go there make sure you count and calculate everything in front of him!
