Professional and Experienced, Victoria Gordan assisted me with my transfer of ownership and insurance today. I wish all my insurance visits were this great. This lady really knows her stuff, patient & thoughtful, not once was she condescending when I completely didn't know the answer to something or when I filled out a form in reverse (owner/buyer). The office was cleanly and well managed too. Mindful of the number of people and speaking softly to let us know it was our turn. I hope she has a great day when she reads this, cause she made mine!

Agree with other reviews, Coast Capital's service has nose-dived in their quest for growth. They are focused on going national, and their phone service is awful now compared to how it was several years ago. Long hold times, mistakes, people who don't know what they are talking about, and impossible to reach whomever you really want to talk to.. We are not likely to do our next major banking there if it doesn't improve soon. They are supposed to be a "local credit union", but honestly, I get better service now from the big banks. :-/

Any chance you would put a Branch Phone number, Man, it's hard to find a non 1-800 number or find a Branch Manager. I know you want to centralize it, but highly inconvenient for all locals !

I find the ATM’s there are slow to take in your ATM card and slow to return your ATM card and I find the buttons are not as responsive to when you press them well today I missed the bus on the way back home because of the slow ATM’s here, I take the bus to that ATM and I only have maybe several minutes to catch the bus on the way back home the bus I take is convenient for me to get there, this occurred on 04/03/21 you need to improve your ATM’s @ Admirals Walk Shopping Centre Thankyou.

I wish I could give this place less than one star. Never had a pleasant experience here. You wait for your safe driving discount every year and then they tell you that the rates have doubled. We paid over $100 to change our insurance to incorporate work driving further than 15 km during the summer for a temporary job and were told that there were no worries because we could change it any time we'd like and get the rest of the money back. Come back a month later to change it back to get $30. Not only this but the lady we dealt with was incredibly rude, we were trying to understand why we were getting ripped off and she provided absolutely no insight and was just plain old rude. I understand that it is the insurance companies doing and not hers but Id expect a certain level of customer service while they are draining my bank account. Time to find a different insurance company, hope others do the same.
