Terrible ! I don't know how I got involved with this company. I paid off my loan within a year or two and they've been billing me some sort of GAP policy for almost 5-years. I don't remember doing any business with this finance company specifically, they slipped it in the paperwork when I got a loan from .. full of lies and inconsistencies when I contact them! BUYER BEWARE. Also, you don't get the benefit from paying your bills on your credit report with this organization. Going to make an inquiry with BBB and the Canadian Anti-fraud Centre.

I was in to see FinaMark in Amherst NS to finance my car as I am a student and need a good reliable car to get back and forth to school in. They helped me locate the exact car I wanted and even arranged my financing for me with reasonable rates as I am still in school. I an very pleased with the service I rec'd and wanted to say thanks for going above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and made sure it was affordable. Thanks again

As a business owner in Alberta, we spoke to this dealer to refer them one of previous customers who now lives out there. They said they would pay us a referral fee (finders fee) for sending them the business. They did the deal with our customer which was all setup with the bank on our end they just had to copy the approval and sign the papers. They reneged on their commitment to us and refuse to pay a referral. They also treated our customer poorly. He did not have a good experience with these guys. They clearly do not like to follow through on their promises. I would say buyer beware!! BIG TIME!!

I went through finamark for a vehicle that I have had for almost two years now, I am glad in the long run they got me approved for what they had to work with. When you have bad credit you have to start somewhere. My honest opinion is... An employee there can get a little hot headed at times, but that's to be expected when I was "bitching" at him Bryce was good to deal with and although I was very unsatisfied at the time I've come to the realization it was my job to check the car over (although checking a car over with a fine tooth comb, I nor anyone else would have never been able to discover the cracked flex plate that happened 2 months after I bought the car) A BIG mistake I did was going ahead with the purchase knowing the car was in an accident, although it was a minor repairs it caused numerous issues that seem to be ironed out now *knock on wood* about 6 months after purchase the car also needed a new computer "ecm" yet again another learning curve taking a car that was in an accident. I was told within a year that I could refinance "if nothing else from that point reported negative on my credit", that is not the truth I've talked with a few dealerships and I am not eligible for the "loyalty program" my loan company provides as I was put on the "go plan" which doesn't offer the refinance "loyalty" (from making on time payments) All and all not the best experience i had, also not the worst.

This company is nothing other than any other "Bad credit" place with high interest approvals. They never really own the vechile and get you to shop around for one within almost impossible guidelines, IF you manage to find one within the guide lines they then purchase the vechile for you from the person/dealership and tack an extra $4000+ on to the price of the car which they immediately get from the bank who approved you so, I.e you find a car for $5000 within the guidelines after you "approved" that car goes from $5000 to $9000. They always claim they "don't make money off sales" yet are still in busniness somehow? They are professional, but shady with half truths upfront. They hide numbers so good it would make an accountants head spin. Moral of the story if you have bad credit go directly to a dealership that deals with bad credit and not a "third party" you'll save yourself a few thousand which could equal 1 year in car payments. Another thing never ever take their warranty! If you do your paying at least double what they pay! Haggle with them or refuse it straight away. Just putting this out there for people that want the truth upfront along with the things I would have like to known before doing business.
