He found me a far better deal than what my then-current financial institution was offering me, a "valued client", as they claimed me to be. He saved me about $2,500 over a five-year term compared to my then-current financial institution. Hold on. Let me run that number by you again. Twenty. Five. Hundred. Dollars. I don't know what you value, but twenty-five hundred big ones will certainly get you a lot closer to buying it. It wasn't just about the money. The communication was quick and professional. Questions received answers, typically, in under an hour during the day. Any problems? Boom. Solved and/or explained. Life has little certainty, but one thing that IS certain is that I will be going to them in five years when it's time to renew my mortgage.

To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect from Ryan when we first walked into his office as we had a awful broker the year before who didn’t even take the time to listen to us and told us to leave. After meeting Ryan for the first time, I was still skeptical that he could help after leaving that day as I had no faith from the broker the year before. It didn’t take me long to observe Ryan’s work ethic and professionalism. Ryan Boughen worked hard and was extremely prompt and available to walk me through what needed to be done. Ryan communicated very very well and found us a lender in a matter of days. Ryan was always available by phone or email and was extremely fast to respond to my questions. Ryan asked for documentation throughout the process as normal and not once did I need to drive from Weyburn to Regina to provide it as I scanned and emailed everything. This made communication and providing what was necessary an immediate link for Ryan to pass on to the lender. Ryan took the time to listen to our financial situation and got to know us which helped him find a lender quickly for our situation.
