Five years ago, Riel did an amazing job answering my questions and getting me set up on my first mortgage - he really made the process easy for me. Now that it was time to renew, Riel and Curtis spent countless hours making sure I got the best rate. After two lenders (my current lender, and a new one) kept undercutting each other, the rate got so low that Riel and Curtis waived their fee so the new lender could match the current lender’s rate. This led to my current lender lowering their rate once again and I ended up with a VERY good rate on my renewal, which meant Riel and Curtis got nothing. I couldn’t have done it without their help, and it just goes to show these guys will do anything to make sure you get the best rate possible.
