I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from this company (previously Downey Auto Direct). Sieanna was FANTASTIC. She responded so all and every question I had...guided me through the process and was patient while my insurance claims etc. we're processed. Shane is a no B.S. kind of guy and gets you where you need to be! They are not sleezy car salesman type of company and have your best interest in mind! I HIGHLY recommend them and am sure I will see them again in the future. Until then I am in love with my 2017 Escape :)

My boyfriend and I would both highly recommend Downey Credit Soutions and their amazing Operations Manager Shane Bizeau. We found a vehicle online and Shane was able to get back to us quickly with pricing and scheuled a test drive the next day. As first time car buyers Shane made us very comfortable, he took the time to explain everything to us and ensure that we understood what we were going over. After being approved for financing Shane made the whole process quick and easy. To make things even better, Shane was able to meet with us just down the road from our house to get the vehicle and finalize everything, saving us an hour drive. If you're looking for someone who will take care of you and a great vehicle, go see Shane!
