I go into this place every two weeks like clock work and everytime I go, Vedang helps me. He always greets me with a smile and asks how I am doing. He remembers who I am so he has my file ready sometimes before I even get to the window. He has even come said hi before his shift started when I went in early once. The manager is extremely pushy that you write a review like to the point where I was so uncomfortable I pulled it all up and started writing a good one (the day before hand I had the worst experience with someone who didn’t know what they were doing then tried to get mouthy about it) I didn’t want to write a review let alone a good one but I did anyways as he was extremely pushy and kept asking me to before he’d give me the money I borrowed. I then got charged $50 more then what I was supposed to be so I didn’t have it in that account so then my bank charged a $45 NSF fee, they then tacked on another $50 that I for some reason had to pay. I didn’t bother arguing and just decided I won’t return there. This review has been edited from the first time I was there as my statement was wrong.

Wonderful loan place with wonderful people. However someone has my number listed as there and even though I have told them well over 20 times that the number they have been contacting is NOT the person's they are looking to speak with - They refuse to delete my number off of the account. It was at the point where I received 7 calls in 3 hours. I thought of blocking the number but they have called from many different numbers. I'm nearing the point of getting my number changed.

I went in for an installment loan today. I waited an hour to be denied, after jumping through all of their hoops. They called my work, my references, etc. They told me I was approved for 1500 at the end of it, then instantly told me I was denied and couldn't provide a reason. I have 2 incomes and finance my own car, I don't get it. Embarassing and a waste of my time.

I have had a few issues with cash4you in the last lady 3 months with them. They always can't find my account because for some reason my account is under a name that I put down as a secondary contact. Then an issue where they where almost not gonna take my return pay because I have had my odsp paycheck and hadn't had it derict deposit for while and now there new policy is that they only except then if your pension pay is derict deposit witch is stupid it shouldn't matter as long as it shows you have that amount of money that you can owe back and then retake then that's business. Also the line up is terrible especially at the end of the month. They really need a number system in all of there stores so that way nobody doesn't get confuse who is in line and loose track and that way things go smoothly better. Also I have notice they have been cutting me back on loan and ye ti have had the same amount of my pension check for months. Also they need a better policy towards holidays. For us who are on pension should still be able to take out the loans on the trmhe regular days at the end of the month I'm more so talking towards about Christmas. The government needs a better system for us who are on any pension to still be able to pay our loan back without a problem. If I was the manager of cash4you I'd have a lot of things fix and updated to reassure that the customer's are happy and they get there loan paid off.

This place is a complete waste of time. You get approved online for the loan so you go to the store to get the money and they make you sit there for over an hour well they go through all you stuff that you already submitted online and were approved for. Then after an hour of sitting there tell you they can't help you. So they wasted an hour of my time I could have been at a different store that would have actually lent me the money now they are closed. Thank you very much.

Harassing collections conduct of continuously calling days before the loan is due. Their reasoning is that you accepted through signing the terms and agreements. Also, if asked to stop they won't because they say it's controlled by the head office and that an automated system dials the numbers. The manager also mentioned that she will make a note of my request, but there is no guarantee. My loan was due Friday the 16th and I started receiving calls on the 14th ; by 8:30am on the 15th, I had already received 4 calls! All because they claim they care about you and some customers actually love them reminding them about their payment due date. I was going to file a complaint about these loan sharks, but luckily I don't have to deal with them any longer. FYI, this is against the law Cash4u!

So even if you have had lones with them before and always paid them back and got them proof of two payments in one the next pay they still won't help you at all
