I am SO thankful I went to Cheryl Kowalsky at RDML for my mortgage!!! She is very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Her communication is thorough and she responds fast. Working with her was a pleasure and we only needed to meet in person twice. Everything else was done by email which was very convenient. She found a great mortgage for me with a 3.34% interest rate fixed for a 5 year term! My property was a bank sale. The seller was very slow to deal with and demanded a fast closing. At first, we had 10 business days to close, but because the seller altered the contract without consent when the final purchase contract was drafted, we were left with 7 business days to close. Cheryl reassured me that we would make it happen on time. The bank confirmed with her with 5 days left that we were good to go. Then nothing showed up at my lawyers after two days, no mortgage. She contacted the bank again with three days left to close and they told her they had done nothing with the mortgage because they were waiting for the financing condition to be removed and would need 72 hours AFTER that to complete the mortgage and get it to my lawyer!!! If I had been on my own with the bank, I'd have been sunk, but Cheryl pulled off a miracle and the mortgage was delivered to my lawyer at the end of the business day right before the closing day. You are amazing Cheryl !!! I'm so thankful you were on my team!!! To sum it up, if you decide to go it alone with a bank, not only do they not have your best interests in mind, they're instructed to "push" certain products to you and if you run into any snags you are helpless without an expert like Cheryl on your side. It costs you nothing to use a mortgage broker and only one credit report is requested to shop 50+ lenders. Cheryl will help you choose the best mortgage for you and make sure it gets done! Hands down, she is the Broker to use. Thank you so much Cheryl!!!

Without giving a long sob story about the terrible service I received from HSBC over the past years, I was glad that I found another option. She was great at listening to my concerns and needs and built me a plan to best suit our move which suddenly arose with opening a new business. Within 5 days she was not only able to provide financing but arrange all the paperwork to consolidate some debts on the side. She provided a great rate and commitment that worked within our budget. The other lender, after 3 months, still didn't have their act in order to even try to win my business back. Cheryl was able to provide me the services easily without me having to leave work or home. This is especially important in our situation as during this time I was a single parent working full time, managing a sale and purchase of homes. I have to say I never had such great customer service ever. I had a horrible situation with the place I put offer on Katherine got me approved within days it was painless to say the least. When it came time to sign papers the title of the place was under different name and Katherine did everything in her power to get it rectified in order for me to get into my home. Unfortunately the seller was not interested to cooperate and told her to get me another bank well that poor women and her partner Cheryl worked day and night to try and find me a bank to get me into a home but every single bank in her database refused. Needless to say both Katherine and Cheryl went beyond what was even in their job description to help me. These women have the upmost morals and integrity I have ever witness in a business.
