After shopping around for a mortgage on a new property, on a whim, I googled "Mortgage Brokers" and came up with Christine Milley's name . From our first meeting with Christine, it was evident that she was quite experienced and very competent in her field. She made the entire process seem effortless and our lawyer even commented on how much work she had put into our file, in advance of closing, and kept us in the loop the entire time. The interest rate that she was able to secure for us was much lower than anything offered by our own banks, and the stipulations required by her suggested lending institution, fit our needs much better. Her calm and reassuring demeanor was very much appreciated, and quite a contrast from what we experienced at our bank. Christine Milley was my mortgage adviser for a home on the Island that I purchased in April, 2019. As I'm sure she would agree, it was an incredibly complicated and at times, difficult matter.
