We had inquired about debt resolution for my partner. While reviewing his credit report the "specialist" had asked my partner to call the bank of which he had a vehicle repossession as she could not determine if they were pursuing debt collection. This is where we began to question how educated these "specialists" are. The bank of which had repossessed my partners vehicle was astonished and annoyed that this debt service lacked vital knowledge. In th Saskatchewan a seize or sue law is in place, which means that a creditor must choose whether they want to proceed with seizing your car, or sueing you for the money owed. They can not do both. Seeing as she had known the vehicle had been repossessed and acting as a debt specialist in Saskatchewan, she should have been fully aware of this law. I would not recommend this company to anyone as I believe they may make more mistakes that could be costly to their customers.
